Home and End keys don't work without opening software after boot.
Fantastic hardware let down by buggy software implementation. The insert/home/end/pageup/pagedown keys frequently fail to work on device boot when connected via Bluetooth. The Logi+ software has to be launched for the keys to start operating, but then the keys continue to operate as normal once the software is closed.
Secondly, in the software where there is the option to re-map function key actions, the F2 key cannot be remapped to its standard action. The option does not exist. I recommend that the suggested actions should include the keys standard function as a recommended alternate option rather than needing to scroll…

keyboard goes into sleep mode
I am using your Logi K860 Ergo keyboard, and when your Logi Options+ software tries to use the f keys that I customized on this keyboard to switch between the fn key and the f and media keys, after a certain time the keyboard turns off this feature and even if I press the fn key or press any of the keys I customized, the keyboard sleeps. I'm waiting for it to come out of mode for around 3-4 seconds. When will you fix this?

Logi Options App Preview Color
the application of logi options has a failure of showing wrong keyboard color as a preview, which welcomes us at the entrance of the application. I have the beige one but the app shows pink keyboard.

Blue square button on M337 can't be programmed
M337 Bluetooth Mouse's small button (the one below the scroll wheel) can't be programmed in the latest version of LogiOptions+. Reinstallation of the program doesn't work either. I'm using macOS 14 on Apple Silicon (MacBook Air M2).

Necessary Improvements
I have both your MX Keys S and MX Master 3S. Very quality products, but the software limitations make them fall short of perfection. It seems ridiculous to me that they can't easy-switch together when you click another device on the keyboard. It is massively tedious to have to turn the mouse upside down to toggle a different device. No clue why other logi mice have a button on top, but this flagship model does not. Either way...it should all be handled by the keyboard if you spent over $200 on both. Seems like a massive oversight. Also, if you…

Lousy Installation Instructions
Today I bought a Logitech MK320 keyboard and mouse. Mt questions is WHERE do I put the dongle IN THE KEYBOAD??? to make it work in WINDOWS 11 or have my comptuter recognize the keyboard????.
I put the dongal in the mouse -- the computer does NOT recognize either or the keyboard!!!!
I am using a USB attached keyboard and trackball mouse to write this message to you.
Loigitect MK320 came with NO instructions for installation. I have used Logitech products in the past for many years -- so I expected better of your company.

stupid mouse
m240 mouse doesn't work with my dell xps windows 11 laptop. When rolling the mouse wheel one click, the supposed smart mouse STUPIDLY zooms ALL the way in or ALL the way out. It should zoom one step at a time. NONE of the mouse settings fix it. FIX IT. HOW IRRITATING. Why call something SOOO STUPID, smart?

teure funk maus funktioniert nicht
Hab mir für 80 Euro eure supermaus im Europark salzburg gekauft und kann sie nicht verwenden nur weil mein scheiss laptop kein bluetoohsss hat.nicht mal über kabel funktioniert euro super teure maus...kein bisschen....jetzt brauch ich zusätzlich euren usb. empfänger...katastrophe..bei den billig funkmäusen ist immer ein usb adapter dabei..schöne grüsse.
