  1. How to distinguish two mouses

    Hi. I want to add two mouses of the same model and the same color to the app. How can I distinguish them? May you implement some possibility to give names to the devices? Thank you. (Currently, only one mouse is added and I do not see how can I give a name to it).

  3. Keys not working

    This is my second MK850 set,
    1st one sent back within 4 months since spacebar stopped working after few months. Now this 2nd once again only 4 months old; 'p' button and '1' button which switchs the keyboard to other machine do not works only 25% of time. Shift P also do not work most of the time.

    I like MK850 tech and keyboard sucks after spending so much money for this, I feel very disappointed in logitech quality.

  5. App crushes and forget devices

    The app's performance is deteriorating. While new fancy features are being added, probably most of them are underused and however, the app does not address basics right. It frequently crashes, fails to recognize existing devices, and tries to reconfigure again again at random times, then gets stuck during reconfiguration. This is becoming increasingly frustrating, and I'm considering switching to Apple sets or any other more stable options. Very disappointed!

  6. Mouse stops responding to custom commands

    For some reason I have to open Logi Options+ multiple times per day, as my mouse stops responding to my custom commands that I set to the extra buttons (to switch desktops for example). I have Logi Tune also installed.

    Also, the app doesn't start with Windows, so my mouse can't do the custom commands that I referenced above.

  8. Indicador de carga porcentaje de carga de batería

    Primero agradecer por el excelente producto que han creado! Luego, sugiero que puedan crear un indicador de porcentaje de carga de la batería del teclado en la notificaciones del sistema o el system tray o incluso en esta misma aplicación para no tener que revisar el estatus de la batería del teclado en las opciones de bluetooth de Windows. También como desarrollador, trabajo entre Windows y Linux y me gustaría una app como la de Windows para poder personalizar completamente mi teclado en otros sistemas.

  10. Connect to multiple Unifying Receivers

    Why can I no longer pair a mouse to multiple unifying receivers? It says that the receiver is paired to the mouse but only one of them will actually connect. I miss this because I have a unifying receiver for three mice, and an extra plugged into my laptop. So I like having my work mouse connect to the unifying receiver in my laptop, while still being connected to its personal unifying receiver. That way I don't have to connect a different receiver when I take my laptop home and use my mouse at home.

    Scrolling in Acrobat is too aggressive. In single page view, scrolling 1 "click" will scroll multiple pages.

  13. Logitech Flow enable option does not appear

    I am having issues connecting to your chat support agent. The Logitech Flow enable/disable option does not come up after installing the Logitech Options+ software and no article online helps. Can someone come back to me please via email - meetr1chelle@gmail.com

  14. 맥북 데스크톱 전화키로 하지말고 그냥 단축키 등록 할수있게 하면된다!!

    데스크톱 전환 키로 해놓지 않고
    맥북 단축키 등록을 할수 잇도록 해주세요
    맥북에서 데스크톱 전환은 스크롤이 느려서 잘 안넘어가집니다
    맥북 단축키로 등록 하면 잘 넘겨집니다.
    업데이트 되기전 버전에서는 단축키로 맥북 위도우 전환이 가능했는데 왜 갑자기 단축키로 설정을 없애고 통일시켰는지 모르겠습니다
    화면 전환이 엄청 느리고 버벅 거려요

  15. flow 鍵盤切換不順

    使用flow 切換兩個裝置時， MX keys keyboard常失效，僅有滑鼠 M590, M750切換過去。
    開啟options+會比較沒這問題，請問要如何解決？

    Need Logitech Brio support, at the moment I am running too many Logitech software (Logitune, G-Hub, Logi Options+).

    mx keys등 백라이팅을 지원하는 키보드의 백라이트를 계속 켜놓을수 있는 모드가 나왔으면 좋겠습니다. 아니면 자동 꺼짐의 시간을 조절할수 있던지 했으면 좋겠습니다.

    You took away the ability to map starting a new email from a shortcut. I used this hundreds of times a week. Please add this functionality back.

    Its never good practice to take away features from a product that people may rely on...

  19. Gestures stop working

    I'm getting really close to buying another brand mouse all together. Everytime I try ti gesture to different windows it just doesn't work or stops working after 20 minutes and I'm just so frustrated. Please reach out to me about a fix or I will get a new mouse and stop using Logitech at all.

    滾輪不定時 無法滾動使用網頁、及文件的上下頁

    經過多方測試排除問題，
    發現只有再打開 logi options+ 程式一次 即可恢復 最有效果
