1. You all suck and your products suck!

   I know you all really don't give a **** about my feed back but here it is. It took me 10 minutes to install a mouse and keyboard because you are too cheap to spend money on printed instructions. Oh wait, you weren't the obtuse instructions were printed on the packaging. They were sooo abundantly clear that they did not work and I had to go to the link printed on the box....oh wait, that was even clearer so when I accidently got it working..which was a pain because my other keyboard wasn't working and I thought I might have to reconnect it and hope it clicked the numbers for my pass code. Fortunatly I have touch screen and got it working.
   I'm left handed and looked toward options switch the right and left buttons, but what did I find. Endless advertising for more ******** and ******** features that only someone without a life would worry about. But nothing actually useful. I have bought many logitech products for other computers I have had, but this is the last one from you I will ever buy from your company. And I'm not even going to go into a rant about your sorry POS website sign on that I could not reset my password on since I have created the login for earlier products but not used the website because I had bought a new computer with a dedicated keyboard and mouse and used them till the keyboard failed. My only regret is that I have to dump this POS back on Office depot because they carried it.

2. 계산기 버튼 관련 불편 (mx keys)

   MX KEYS의 계산기 버튼을 누르면,
   계산기 앱은 실행되지만, 커서가 계산기로 바로 옮겨지지 않습니다.

   계산기 버튼을 누르고, 실행된 계산기 앱을 한번 클릭해서 커서를 설정해야 이용할 수 있습니다.

   바로 자동으로 커서가 계산기 앱으로 옮겨져서
   계산기 버튼을 누르고 바로 넘버패드로 계산기를 사용할 수 있도록 조정이 필요합니다

   예전에는 잘 됐는데 Logi option+로 온 이후에는 잘 안됩니다

3. Launch Calculator App

   When I click the Calculator button in the key board, the window not directly going to Calculator window. Very hard to notice if the calculator was already opened.

4. Windows account switch makes the Logi app not working

   Doesn't work when I switch between accounts in windows.
   Sometimes the app just stops working for account after the switch and my custom mouse bindings for Master 2S are not working.

5. Problem and backup issue.

   Occassionaly, if a different user logs into the computer. Logi Options+ hangs and doesn't respond. I have to delete and reinstall Logi Options+. I do not backup automatically, but when I reinstall. it does an auto backup and overwrites the correct settings.

6. Need to be able to switch both mouse and keyboard with just using the easy switch on keyboard

   I would like to have my mouse paired up with my keyboard, so that I can press keyboard easy switch button and bring both my mouse and keyboard into another device.

8. Smart backlight for extreme darkness only

   Grey/white keys with white backlight? So stupid you cannot see them in the day. Make a setting so they only come on in pitch black darkness.

9. Terrible Software

   Not sure what programmers were thinking creating this pile of **** app!! To much BS all I want is to control my mouse I don't care about the rest of all this nonsense included and uninstalling this garbage!!!

12. [Bug] Keyboard shortcut capped to 2 keys after update

    Latest update 1.68.542186
    broke the keyboard shortcuts, now i can select only two key combinations,
    i have multiple keyboard shortcuts mapped with 3 or more keys?
    i don't know what your team is smoking but you're breaking every working feature.

13. Orbit e Pan su Sketchup

    Il tasto centrale non funziona più su Sketchup per la funzione "orbit" e "pan".
    Per chi lavora con questi software è un problema grosso.

    Middle click stopped work on Sketchup's "Orbit" and "pan" function.
    This is a big issue for whom works with this software.

    MX Keys Combo 사용 시, 키보드 Easy-Switch 1, 2, 3, 선택 시 마우스의 동일 기능이 따라오게 할 수 있는 기능 설정 옵션 추가 필요.
    (키보드의 2번을 누르면, 마우스도 2번 설정으로 동일하게 자동으로 따라오는 기능)
    인터넷 대역대가 다른 환경의 각 PC의 Flow기능 사용 불가시 유용할 것으로 판단.

    혹시 어렵다면 이유 설명 요청.

18. 鼠标不影响使用，但影响耳机的使用

    我在使用mac版的鼠标时，经多多次确认，发现会影响苹果蓝牙耳机的连接质量，导致耳机断断续续的，甚至无声音。只有鼠标断连才会保证耳机继续使用。当鼠标蓝牙连接后，鼠标基础功能之外的功能不好使的时候，也是不影响蓝牙耳机的使用，请辛苦检查程序并优化

    Need to log in/register to change an smart button for my mouse???
    a 'smart' button that dissapears every week or so and i need to come back to it to activate it again??

    As a long time customer, I will Never Ever buy a logitech product again.
