2. Horizontal scroll issue

   I am having an issue with my MX Master 3 on google sheets on Microsoft Edge. The horizontal scroll would sometimes stop working. I have to open an excel file and scroll horizontally so that it works on the google sheets (before it stops working again and I will repeat the process).

4. Smooth scroll doesn't work well on Mac

   Smooth scroll on mac is still terrible, comparing to Win. I always have to open the app called "Mos" to make smooth scrolling proper -like the trackpad. MX Master 3, latest Mac Air with M1 Chip

5. Universal application for macOS (M1)

   Please compile this as a Universal macOS application (Apple Silicon native). I am running on the new M1 mac and the Options software is one of the last helper utilities that is still Intel only.

6. Backlight Conditional Options

   add backlight controls for specific applications.
   Also, for specific time of day! Eg. Turn backlight on at 7pm and off at 7am.

8. App says mouse is inactive

   The app says it can see my mouse. It is still working. Beacuse the app doesnt see the mouse the scroll and extra buttons dont work.

9. MX Master 3

   i just bought a MX Master 3 mouse and i'm using with my 16" 2020 Macbook Pro, running Big Sur 11.5. I'm using Logi Options+ as the software to control the mouse.
   The issues that i'm getting are:
   - The mouse loses its custom settings very frequently through the day - this is dam annoying, especially when there is a premium price tag on the device and for company that has so release so many Mouse devices, how the **** do you get this wrong?!
   - The scroll is just as fcuked as the original G703 that i had, not sure if its a hardware issue on the MX Master 3 or a software issue, but its not precise. I upgraded from a MX Master and the scroll on that device was perfect, so whoever decided to redesign it has fcuked up!!
   - The mouse would lag, as if the connection is being lost and is trying to restablish a connection?? As i said in my previous comment, how does a company like Logitech whose business is making computer peripherals and has released high end mice, release such a **** product?? Quality control?? cutting corners to save cost?? cheaper parts in revisions to save ongoing costs???

   How do i address and fix all of the above? please advise!

10. Mouse settings keep reverting

    Settings are lost from time to time. Ex: the mouse scroll gets reversed, pressing the thumb button and moving the mouse changes to a different setting etc.

12. Mouse lag

    Hi, I'm using anywhere 3 on my macbook pro 2021. The moving of the mouse just doesn't feel as smooth as using the trackpad. Please provide a way to fix this. Hoping to hearing from you soon, thanks!

15. Functionality lost after unlock

    Very frequently after unlocking my mac, my mouse will lose all the logioption features. The gesture button will not work and the scroll speed will become very fast.

    Also I notice now with the beta software that the mouse is listed as inactive even though it moves the mouse pointer

17. MX Keys and MX Master 3 MAC performance

    Hi there, to give you some context, I am using a 2020 Mac Mini M1 16GB RAM 512GB SSD running Big Sur 11.6. I am also using the MX Keys and MX Master 3.

    The mouse has been very problematic since day one. If I use the Logitech Unifying Device the left/right click, pointer, and scroll wheel work fine but the back/forward, gesture buttons, and side scroll wheel lag pretty bad, they have 4-5 sec delays, and then just queue up whatever I did with the buttons and do everything at once when the mouse starts working again.

    If I connect the mouse via Bluetooth, then the buttons work flawlessly but the pointer becomes laggy.

    I have a Windows computer and tested the mouse with it and works fine through the unifying or BT.

    Today I downloaded the Logi Options+ Beta software and the issues just disappeared, meaning that the problem was not my computer but the Logi software. Not sure what you guys are doing with this beta software but the mouse works fine now. I did notice that there is an almost unnoticeable delay when pressing the caps lock key on the MX Keys. I noticed it just because I type very fast and my fingers are faster than the keyboard. This did not happen using the non-beta version of Logi Options.

18. MX Master 3 is suddenly "Inactive"

    Suddenly my MX Master 3 is "Inactive". Buttons (other than standard left and right) and scroll wheel are unresponsive. Totally out of the blue. They were working two minutes ago. WTF.

20. excel profile deficiency

    When i add the excel predefined profile it removes the option to assign advanced click to any button.
    Having a shift+click button is super useful for one handed operations. In order to do that now I have to remove the excel profile and configure the global profile, but then I can't use the fancy excel tie ins.
