Mouse pausing on transfer point when not transferring
Two big issues for mw
1) the lack of support for the logitech craft keyboard
2) I use a mac and use flow to access a PC. I have the launch bar on the left (transition point to my other computer). With options this was fine as I hold down ctrl to transition but with Options+ this "catch" and locks up mouse movement event when flow is turned off1 vote -

MX Keys for Business Backlight Options
MX Keys for Business' aggressive backlight dimming and timeout makes it a very frustrating experience to use.
The MX Keys for Business has a much less sensitive proximity sensor compared to the original MX Keys, and the backlight on it times out instantly instead of waiting for a couple of seconds.
I get the need for power conservation on these keyboards but can you please offer the user some customizability to these functions? As it is currently programmed, the backlight is more distracting than useful.

Poorly executed, needs more development before release, heavy on system resources.
Too many system resources.. if a program (options plus) is going to be released, make sure it is fully ready before nagging customers with upgrade notifications. I DO NOT want to have to load two seperate programs (options and options plus) to support basic devices like a keyboard and a mouse). The startup and background resources to have even one of these utilities is already bordering on too much to ask and is unnecessary in my opinion. Requiring two utilities to be installed is flat out ridiculous.

Cursor getting stuck on a secondary monitor
I cannot use this software. I was super happy Logi was finally bringing something new but I'm completely frustrated. It does not work properly with my Mac. Every time the software is on, my cursor movement gets stuck EVERY SECOND on my external monitor. Then, I close the app and it works fine but guess what? The app re-opens on its own!!!! And then I'm unable to move my cursor properly again. With this level of readiness (or no readiness), it should never been launched.

the Notifications don't show up when your screen is scaled by Windows
Hi, I had similar problem with Dropbox and they resolved it after two years. Please, don't make me wait that much. The problem is a s follows: I don't see the notifications for the functional buttons and the low battery notification. I'll tell you when the problem occurs. When your screen is Scaled through Windows Display Settings. Mine is at 175% (See attachment). When I set it to 100%, there's no problem, I can see the notifications on the screen. But I use it at 175%. Please, solve this annoying problem.

1Password app needs to be unlocked for MX Keys to show as active
MX Keys shows as inactive until 1Password is unlocked.
I also own a MX Master 3, which doesnt rely on 1Password to be opened.2 votes -
Screen brightness control
Hi, could you please check why the Screen Brightness function does not work with this keyboard. I have tried assigning a different function and it works but screen brightness cannot be adjusted anymore.

Mouse stop working
There is a super annoying bug.
In MacOS Monterey version 12.2.1The mouse stop working, I can't scroll all the buttons of the mouse also stop working. The only way that I can recover it is by killing the Logi Daemon so it start again.
Sometimes doesn't work and I have to restart the machine.

devices not recognized
why did this stop working? Your software used to automatically pick up my bluetooth mouse and keyboard, but now, it doesn't recognized them. I just get a message to "add devices" but no matter what I do, the devices don't get added.

MX Anywhere 3 사용자입니다.
최근 릴리즈된 소프트웨어 버전을 설치하고부터는 컴퓨터 부팅 후 미리 설정해 놓은 버튼 기능이 전혀 작동하지 않습니다. (클릭, 페이지 스크롤 등 기본동작만 됨) 업데이트 전에는 전혀 문제 없었습니다. 바로 개선해주시길 바랍니다. (윈도우10 사용 중)

Logitech forgot how to build a mouse worth a ****
the MX Master 3S mouse I just bought is ******* my **** up. You really created a piece of garbage, ladies.
Every so often I just cannot type. Something in the mouse is causing it to **** up so I have to turn both the keyboard and mouse off to get it to kick back.
In the future please let the real professionals design ****.
I'll be throwing this mouse at the wall shortly.
