1. Cannot pair mouse with laptop - Signature 650L

   I cannot pair my Signature 650L mouse with my laptop...online support was not helpful either. The buttons on picture for pairing is not the same buttons I have on my mouse...pairing options could not find my speciifc mouse so I could get full benefit of new mouse I purchased

2. Horrible update of software, just roll back to Logi Options

   The Logitech options « is a HUGE downgrade from the old version. It lacks features, has a lot of bugs (keeps forgeting devices and the devices stop working, I set custom layout for apps and after a while it goes back to the default one, some pre-made app' shortcuts are missing, etc). I'm unistaling and going back to the old version.

   THIS IS UNACEPTABLE, I paid 200€ for a mouse and keyboard being limited by stupid software

4. Scroll **** stop working

   I'm returning to open source MouseFix. This **** that you call LogiOptionsPlus still light year behind MouseFix, an open source project. Scrool stop working frequently. I'm very disappointed. Now this **** sayng that Apple Mail app is preventing this **** to work. I already closed Mail app many times. But nothing! I'm quiting! Bye!

5. loginwindow connection error on MacBook

   My MX Master 3 constantly has it's button mapping un-done, and when I launch the app to fix it, I get a connection error (loginwindow preventing connection) and I have to restart my MacBook. Extremely annoying.

6. Backup and restore is broken

   Backups aren't working good as it's only one single backup. So today Logi has updated and made auto backup which has overwritten all my settings and during the restore only one single latest backup is available. See attched

7. big mess , not working at all

   option+ is not compatible with my k860, a very new and expensive keyboard. But my mx master 3 is. Now, I have to switch between the old and new " option" to manage my device. And I lost the FLOW feature, and also the programmed shortcut on my MX 3

8. Add Settings Profiles & Ability to copy profile and modify or use default

   Add settings profiles
   -As well as per app settings, add functionality to save all those settings as a profile.
   -Add new blank slate as well as copy profile functionality, so you can make yourself modified versions of your per app settings or start from scratch.
   -Be able to load a any specific profile to your mouse from backup in case you need to replace your mouse or keyboard

9. Рандомное выделение объектов при использовании master mx3

   Привет! Кто хотя бы раз сталкивался с проблемой того, что master mx3 for mac рандомно выделяет объекты на компьютере (собственно на macbook pro 13 на intel)? Имею в виду то, что это может быть рандомное выделение объекта на странице сайта в браузере (кнопка, поле, скролл, область вокруг текста), так и на компьютере. Все это выделение сопровождается синей "обводкой" и происходит абсолютно рандомно без моего вмешательства. То есть я выполняю какие-то действия, но параллельно начинают выделяться объекты повсюду. Это происходит очень часто, но не всегда. Как результат - невозможно управлять компьютером, так как после этого рандомного выделения все мои действия (ввод текста, жесты, скролл, клик и т.д.) начинают совершаться (или, как минимум, пытаются) над этим самым выделенным объектом. Испробовал все способы, найденные в интернете (отвязать и привязать устройство, обновление фирменного приложения и т.д.), но ничего не помогает.

12. 100% cpu on options+

    this software keeps pegging 100% cpu, causes the mouse to lag. if I don't have it open, my back and forward button don't work.

14. Change left/right click individually per mouse

    2 UX issues or UX pain points I have:
    - I'm using a MX Master 3 as main.
    - Recently I have bought a MX Anywhere, but I want to use it left handed.
    - I have both mice connected at the same time.
    So the UX issue/pain point is I want to be able to set the 'swap left/right click' toggle on each mouse INDIVIDUALLY. Currently when I change the setting to 'reserve', it will also reverse the setting for my right handed mouse.
    So just to be clear, when I'm using the left handed mouse, obviously I want to use my left pointing finger as the click, clicking on the right button of the mouse.
    I want to keep using both mice at the same time, I don't want to change the mouse setting every time I use it.
    I have bought the MX Anywhere specifically for left handed usage.

    Alternatively, this issue would be a non issue if I'm able to change the left and right mouse buttons individually.

    I'm using the new Logi+ on the latest M1 Mac and OS version.

15. Logi Options+ cant find mouse and keyboard - the old options can...

    after working fine Logi Options+ stopped finding my mouse and keyboard (mx3 and keys). The old Logi Options finds them without problems...

17. MX3 profile not persisting after sleep

    My MX3 mouse profile doesn't persist when the mouse wakes up from sleep if the Options+ is not running.
    Old Options software didn't have this limitation.

    MacでMX Master 3でホイールスクロールすると、カクカクになってしまいます。Logi Optionsでは問題ありませんでした。
    Windowsと同等のスクロール品質になるよう、改善を希望いたします。
