ChromeOS Alternatives
If you're not going to support ChromeOS with Logitech Options or Flow, consider allowing us to pair a keyboard+mouse and bind toggling between devices to specific buttons (specifically the thumb one on the mouse).

Caps Lock annoyance
How do I determine the 'position' of the caps lock notification... it 'always' seems to pop up where I'm typing so that I can no longer see what I'm typing, which is really annoying and STUPID!!!

profile transition issue
When uses "PDF-XChange Editor", the profile transition doesn't work often.

Logi Option+ features not working at 100%
Hi,
Hope you are doing well.
I would like to suggest some bug fixes I have found (or at least I think they are)
My Devices:
- macOs Monterey v12.5.
- Logi Options+ v1.11.1235
- MX Master 3
- MX Keys MiniWhen I am on Mission Control, when using the mouse Thumb Wheel to Switch Between Desktops, it only works when switching to the left Desktop, when I am trying to go to the right one, seems to flick to the right one and come back to the current one.

Options+ using 30-100% cpu in background
Recent versions of options+ have randomly started using between 30-100% CPU in the background until I force kill the app. After that, I have to open Options+ again, where it hangs, force kill it again, then open it again to get things to work.

Learning Feature for old hardware
You have all of the old hardware in your system, and you create a software using the same name, but added a plus sign to the end of it, and yet you do not support the hardware that works with said older hardware. Next time your company releases something, make a generic plugin in it for the old hardware, and update it with specific plugins later on. it wouldn't be hard to add a "Learn Button" feature for people to press the button for your software to capture its information so it could be rebound.

Cannot see texts behind the opaque notification box
Hi there,
I have been using this software for about 5 months. Overall, I do enjoy using this software. It has a lot of useful features. Love it.
The only thing I want to criticize is the notifications for caps lock. IMO, the notification box is too opaque. I cannot see underlying texts when it appears on the top and it is a bit annoying, especially when I need to type something that is positioned right behind the block. I attach a screenshot to help illustrate this.
It is indeed not a big issue, but I guess, raising the transparency…

Keep keyboard lighting always open
I submitted this feedback few months ago and I was pretty sure that this feature will be added next versions. It's ridiculous that we can't keep the keyboard lighting always open. Please add this feature, because many developers choose working under low lighting and need keyboard backlighting.

Security risk
Logitech flow only works about 20% of the time and is a major security risk. sometimes the mouse transfers and not the keyboard, or just the keyboard, or just neither, so is very easy to type a password into the wrong screen because the keyboard says is on PC 2 but its actually on PC 1 for example. I'm sure this breaches basic security in any business so how are you going to fix this??

Garbage Software Support for Mac
It is the most buggy app ever.
My settings gets lost frequently some functions starts to act weird.
I am very irritated it disturbs my entire workflow.
Right now even the scroll is broken..

Low battery notification doesn't work
However the "low battery notification" is turned on, the software didn't show a message that my mouse battery is at critical (5%) level

How to Avoid Overkill
You have updates for a MOUSE? You plug in the USB thing, turn it on, spin the wheel and click. It seems like a really good ergonomic mouse, but point and click.
Feedback: Ask what the product is and then offer the appropriate instructions. THEN worry about everything else. Don't make people go to a separate website to learn what all the buttons can do and how to charge the mouse. Don't assume that everyone magically knows how to do this or has a 12-year-old around to show them how. That's all. Thanks.

Backlight **always** on while computer is on and battery is above 10%.
Backlight on all the time without plugging in. There's already a setting to turn it off under 10%, why doesn't it have the option to STAY ON WHILE THE COMPUTER IS ON. Why isn't there even a switch? A simple dialog would help: Turning this on will dramatically reduce battery life. I can just plug it in to charge it at night. Why is that not a default option for a wireless device?

MX Vertical and K860 support!
Please please please add support for MX Vertical mouse and Ergo K860 keyboard! I have been awaiting the support of these devices in Options+ for a while, since only that utility runs natively on Apple Silicon.
