1. Flow broken

   I somehow managed to destroy the setup I had using flow.... I had it working nicely but when I tried to remove the redundant copies of my mouse I managed to break it. Now I can't connect my mouse across both computers anymore. I'm so ridiculously frustrated.

3. Need a way to delete/reorder easy-switch profiles.

   1. I wrote an essay in this tiny feedback window, then pressed escape by accident, and it was all discarded. Now I have to write it all again. Would be cool if this tiny window was bigger, and didn't close without asking for confirmation when I press esc and I have written something.

   2. There needs to be a way to delete and/or reorder easy-switch profiles on the MX mechanical keyboard. I don't like that I don't have a way to fix my "mistakes", especially because I'm still new and learning how the device works by playing around and experimenting with it. And I don't like how using "reset to factory defaults" didn't do a thing to fix my problem either.

   I got the new keyboard. It's very beautiful and feels nice to type on. I just wanted to connect it to my laptop via Bluetooth to do an initial test drive. It connected, and this occupied easy-switch slot 1.

   After installing the software and updating firmware (a very streamlined and nice experience, good job), and playing around with it for a bit, I decided that I wanted slot 1 to be paired with the unified receiver instead.

   I inserted the unified receiver into my desktop. Then I tried all sorts of things to try to get the keyboard to pair with the unified receiver. I tried unpairing the keyboard from my laptop, but the keyboard still remembered the laptop in slot 1. I tried to use the app to reset the keyboard to factory defaults, but the keyboard still remembered the laptop in slot 1. I tried holding down easy-switch button 1 to make it enter pairing mode again, and my laptop immediately popped up a notification saying that a Bluetooth device wanted to connect. No matter what I did, it seemed like it did not want to pair with the unified receiver.

   Eventually I held down easy-switch button 2, and then the keyboard paired with the unified receiver right away.

   But, I still want the unified receiver to occupy slot 1, not 2. The solution was not intuitive, and I had to search online to find it, via other users who experience the same frustration. I unplugged the unified receiver from my desktop. I held easy-switch button 2 to enter pairing mode, and paired it to my laptop via Bluetooth. Now both slot 1 and slot 2 are paired to the same device via Bluetooth (for some reason, doing this didn't erase the equivalent profile from slot 1). Then, I inserted the unified receiver into my desktop again. Then I held easy-switch button 1 on the keyboard, and this time it paired with the unified receiver.

   As it is now, once an easy-switch slot is set on the keyboard, it can never be unset, not even by resetting to factory defaults.

   I may also be ignorant about what I am talking about, maybe I did something wrong, I haven't had much time with the product, but for an out of box experience, mine was not ideal, as I learned inadvertently the usability limitations of the design. In most cases I'm sure is a very good onboarding experience. But when I need to do something and I can't, because... because why? just because. why? because it's designed that way. It's frustrating.

   All that said, now that it is set up how I want, I am loving the keyboard, it is a joy to use. I dread the occasion when I accidentally pair something to slot 3, because I want it to be empty. Forever. And if I ever assign anything to it, it will never be empty again. Forever.

4. BAD OPTION, CPU usage 100%+ on Ventura

   Such a bad experience, the app constantly eat up 100%+ CPU, not sure why you are so computational heavy... I am on an M1 Pro MBP running 13.0 Ventura

5. Logi Options+ Updater stuck @ 'Downloading'

   Logi Options+ Updater routinely stalls while Downloading updates resulting in various keys and functions failing...restarting or force-quitting all Logi Options+ will temporary fix it but the problem persists

6. MX Master 2S keeps disconnecting from Windows Bluetooth

   MX Master 2S KEEPS DISCONNECTING FROM WINDOWS BLUETOOTH. Unable to find any solutions or useful advice from Logitech at all. You have forums dating back 5 years for this issue!

7. 困りごと

   Logi Options+ Ver. 1.26.5989でMX Master 2Sが設定できない。

   マウス：
   ・MX Master 2S
   ・MX Master 3S
   ソフト：
   Logi Options+ Ver. 1.26.5989

   Ver. 1.26.5989へのVer.upでMX Master 2Sに対応したとのことですが、うまく認識しません。（MX Master 3Sは正常に動作しています。）
   デバイス追加＞マウスの電源OFF→ON を実行しても自動的に検出されず。なぜか×ボタンを押すとMX Master 2Sが認識されます。しかし、ボタンのカスタマイズせっていなどはうまくいかない状況です。

   これまで、
   ・MX Master 2S→ Options
   ・MX Master 3S→Logi Options+
   のようにマウスごとに分けてソフトを運用していましたが、Ver. 1.26.5989になった際にOptionsの方でもMX Master 2Sのカスタマイズができなくなり、現在。MX Master 2Sがカスタマイズ状態がデフォルトのただのマウスになっています。
   ご確認、対応をおねがいいたします。

8. Volume buttons: slow repeat rate compared to other keys

   I just upgraded to Logi Options+ and suddenly the repeat-rate of the volume buttons is super slow. Other buttons work fine.

9. logitech k580 app not open!!!!!

10. MX Mechanical backlight fade-in too slow for dark rooms

    MX MEchanical: the keyboard backlight doesn't fade in fast enough), the fade-in time on the MX Master was much faster and better. Please consider speeding this up again.

11. Enable dual mice connection

    You should offer support for dual devices, left and right. I was hoping that I could use my newly bought Left and Right mice at the same time on the same system but I have looked around and I cannot seem to find that setting.

    My idea is that the app should be able to handle two connected mice, L & R, and each be independent from the other with its own settings.

    You are welcome for that billion dollar idea.

13. Upgrade zu Options+

    Hallo
    Wenn Sie zeigen wollen, dass sie auch Poweruser ernst nehmen -- nicht nur DAUs -- sollte ein Link zur Versionshistorie des Updates nicht fehlen.
    Imho ist Options+ eine neue App, kein Update. Wennschon ein Upgrade. Wobei auch nicht, weil meine Tastatur K800 noch nicht unterstützt wird.
    Die Option in Options+,mit dem Daumenrad Registerkarten zu wechseln, ist eine sehr gute Idee.

14. No support as requested in my email to Logitech

    I use Logitech products and appreciate new ideas, but would appreciate replies to my emails. Trying to get my Flight Instrument Panels to work and requested assistance, but no response. You must provide support requested as well as updates and new products.

18. MX5500 Smart Calculator Feature

    The MX5500 keyboard is arguably the best keyboard for people in engineering and design fields due to one feature. The built in "Smart Calculator" that automatically copies results to the clipboard. I am a mechanical engineer, and dozens if not hundreds of times a day I use the built in calculator to do some simple math like converting units or adding lengths, and then paste the result into my design software. It saves me so much time and hassle. Please reintroduce this feature on one of your keyboard models before my MX5500 kicks the bucket. Thank you!
