Mouse move to wrong external monitor
I have 2 laptop setups:
1. MacBook
2. Windows laptop with 2 external monitors (HP monitor on the left-landscape via usb-c, BenQ on the right-portrait via hdmi) with the laptop screen closed.Screen setup from left to right

Fix your drivers!!!
This software is totally unreliable. My $100 MX3 mouse settings are never what I set them to and scrolling stops working for no reason. Horizontal scroll doesn''t work at all and not even a factory reset will make the mouse work correctly again. I've tried using the bolt dongle and going bluetooth, not any better. How can you even sell hardware with software this bad?

App never launches, stuck on purple screen.
Hey. If you have users that try to open this app but are stuck on a purple screen -- it might be because they have the
NODE_ENVenvironment variable set todevelopment. This the app to hang because you are trying to load127.0.0.1:8080but since there's no server running on that port, the connection is refused and an exception is thrown inmain.js. Thought you'd like to know so you can help other customers with this issue. Better yet, don't ship the app with this logic in it in your release builds.1 vote -
Reconnecting mouse causes scroll speed to be set to 0
On my MX master 3s, whenever it is connected to my laptop it sets the windows scroll speed to 0. This happens on bluetooth and on the Bolt receiver, and with or without options+. It seems like a niche bug from the looks of it, but it needs investigation.

Offline Installer
Wir haben in der Firma 10 Stück MX Master 3 gekauft um jetzt festzustellen, dass es keinen OFFLINE INSTALLER gibt. Werden jetzt alle Geräte zurück schicken müssen. Sehr ärgerlich! Die PCs sind aus Datenschutzgründen NICHT mit dem Internet verbunden.

Window navigation issue when using screen mirroring
I am using MX Anywhere 3 mouse with latest LogiOptions+ on Mac Studio (apple silicon) connected to 4 screens. The middle mouse button is assigned to Window Navigation, so that I can hold it and switch desktops/full screen apps when moving mouse to the left or right.
Unfortunatelly this feature is broken, if one of the screens is set to mirror other screens (for example screen 4 is set not to extend, but to mirror screen 3). Then when I try to switch to different desktop/app on screen 3, it switches on screen 1. When I stop mirroring and have…

Bug that causes macbook to wake up automatically
Hi! I am using a 2022 M2 13 MBP, with the MX Master 3.
I tried putting the computer to sleep, but it will wake up by itself in a few seconds, sometimes up till a minute.
Updated to Options + but the issue is still there. Please do let me know if there's a fix. Thank you and lovely product btw!

Logi Options+ does not detect MX Master 3
Logi Options+ does not detect my MX Master 3 mouse.
I have 2 mice, an MX Vertical and and MX Master 3. When I open Logi Options+, it only shows my MX Vertical mouse (which it says is not supported yet). I tried using the original Logitech Options but it only gives me a link to open Logi Options+.
So on Logi Options+ the MX Master 3 is not shown, and on Logitech Options the MX Master 3 only gives a link to open Logi Options+. Therefore, I cannot configure my MX Master 3 anymore.

Tray icon
Hi, could you please add a tray icon. So that when the app launches with windows or you minimise it I can hover over the tray icon and see the battery levels for my products. Thanks.

Please fix "Lock" on Options+
Please add "Lock" on MX Master3S(Options +)
this drives me crazy a hundred times everyday. I feel like I upgraded my MX Master 3 to 3S for absolutely nothing. this could be a downgrade for real. I myself am in SW industry and this cannot be a hard job. so please add "Lock" on MX Master 3S. I'll leave one feed back weekday.

Keep the keyboard light on, PLEASE!
Please stop the key board to turn the light off! Please let the light on the key board stay on at least for 10 minutes. This is not a new feedback, why don't you do anything about it?

MX Master 3 and MX Keys "Inactive"
MX Master 3 and MX Keys displayed as "Inactive" even though both devices are connected via bluetooth. Reported on this earlier and did not receive any response from Logitech.

MX Ergo Support for Logitech Options+
Please update to include support for the MX Ergo Advanced Wireless Trackball Mouse.
It is VERY inconvenient to have to use two different "Logitech Options" software to handle the two devices, when I had been able to utilize all features within a single program in the past. The sooner Options+ supports the MX Ergo Mouse the better!
