1. Logi Options+ losing Chrome settings

   My Master 3S is constantly losing its custom settings in chrome/ vivaldi and reverts to the device default until I kill the Logi Options+ services and restart. I don't have this problem on my Master 3 nor any other Logi mice I own.

6. Falsches Tastatur Layout und Firmware Update geht nicht

   Firmware-Update für MX Buisnees Tastatur und Maus geht nicht. Tastatur-Layout MX-Keys über Bolt Adapter ist falsch auf dem Mac. z.B. ^und < sind vertauscht kein Problem über Bluetooth.

7. MX Anywhere for Business an Mac Studio Alptraum

   MX Anywhere for Business an Mac Studio M1 unter macOS 13: Die Maus bzw. Logi Options + sind ein Alptraum. Auf dem Mac sind für jede Aktion zahlreiche Genehmigungen notwendig, also wollte ich die Maus sowohl für Bolt- als auch für Bluetooth-Verbindungen einrichten, um ggf. mal die Verbindungsart wechseln zu können. Einrichtung mit Bolt ok, dann Bolt Stick entfernt und Einrichtung mit Bluetooth. Bolt wird als inaktiv angezeigt, auch ok. Dann Bolt-Stick wieder rein, jetzt sollte sie mit Bolt verbunden sein bzw. eine Auswahl ermöglichen - nix da! Der Inaktiv-Button hat keinerlei Aktivierungsfunktion und die Maus bleibt bei Bluetooth. Also in die Systemeinstellungen und unter Bluetooth die Maus deaktiviert. Auch jetzt taucht in Options keine Bolt-Verbindung auf. Man müsste also jedesmal die Verbindung komplett neu konfigurieren - und natürlich auch alle Einstellungen! Beim Wechsel zu Bluetooth nach Entfernen des Bolt-Sticks dann wieder dasselbe: Die bereits in Options und Systemeinstellungen sichtbare (inaktive) Maus wird nicht erkannt, stattdessen taucht eine neue Maus gleicher Bezeichnung in den Systemeinstellungen auf. Die alte ist sichtbar, kann aber nicht verbunden werden, nur die neue kann verbunden werden und taucht dann als zweite, dritte, vierte MX Anywhere in Bluetooth auf. Auch in Options Plus erscheinen so zahlreiche Mäuse, alle inaktiv und nicht aktivierbar - nur löschen kann man sie wieder, Gottseidank!

8. New Feature for MX Keys + MX Master 3S

   Hello, I want to use Flow in a different way, I want to press one of the three "switch device" buttons on my MX Keys keyboard and then my MX Master 3 mouse will automatically change the focus to the selected device/laptop in the keyboard, so to change from one device to other I only need to press the "switch device" key in the keyboard and that's all. I don't know if this is possible right now or if you can add this awesome feature please! Would be very nice! Thanks!

   What's the point of backing up settings if re-installing the app overwrites that backup with a new back up of the default settings? There is none!

10. model and serial not recognized at registration

    The serial number and model is not recognized by the registration system. The serial number on the box is different than the one in the mouse. The package was plastic and sealed from the factory. The Chat recognized the model... Signature 550L bluetooth mouse.

    Im using my macbook pro with m1 pro chips and i saw there is a process from logitechoptionplus_agent keep high usage with my cpu almost 180%. Could you check with this? my Current version is 1.29.6100

14. Application-specific FN Lock setting

    As a software developer, the ability to set F1-F12 default enable when specific applications are in focus would be extremely useful. I prefer to have that disabled, but I'd like to reduce cognitive load by not having to remember to enable/disable FN lock every single time I switch applications.....

15. Keyboard computer selection tied with Mouse computer selection.

    I have a MX Key and a MX Anywhere 3.
    Both are tied to the same computers for fast switch keys (1, 2 or 3).
    It means if I choose computer 1 on keyboard and choose computer 1 on mouse both devices will control the same computer.
    Here comes the enhancement idea: It'd be helpful if when I select computer 1 on keyboard the mouse automatically also changes to computer 1 and vice versa (if I select computer 1 in mouse computer 1 also would be selected on keyboard).
    Computer 1 is my personal computer so I have total access to configure it as I want. But, computer 2 is a company's machine and I can't install Logi Options+ to have advanced features like Flow. And, computer 3 I normally use with Ad Hoc machines I temporarily using (so also not prone to install Logi Options+).

16. Connection lost issues and lag

    Dear Logitech, is unacceptable to buy a "premium" mouse like MX Master 3S and frequently have lost connection issues or lag on MacOS (last version). When this happens I flip the mouse to check if it's connected and the led flickers. Please fix it. Thank you.

    I recently uninstalled all Logitech software applications, restarted my desktop, and redownloaded them. I even set it up as a fresh installation without connecting my account, but unfortunately, the customization feature is still not working. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

20. keycommand bug when setting up for different versions of the same softwares.

    I have found a bug. When I have more different versions of a software (for example blender 2.93 and 3.0) and I am trying to set the same shortcuts for both,after a restart logitech options+ will not accept keycommands as shortcuts. It happens probably because the .exe filename is the same. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!!!
