4. k400 trackpad scroll speed is too fast

   The k400 trackpad vertical scrolling is 10/10 fast, it's impossible to scroll a few lines. it basically goes to the bottom of any length of page. Could you please add a scroll speed option for the K400 trackpad?

5. Logi App: M720 mouse device NAMING

   Logi App: M720 mouse device NAMING.
   This mouse supports communication with up to 3 other devices. It would be helpful to be able to assign a NAME to each device number within the app. I have multiple M270 mice at different locations and each one is assigned to multiple PC's, I often forget which mouse is assigned to which PC.

6. Volume control on a mouse button/gesture

   Hello. I have 2 ideas:
   1. I would love it if you added the option to control how much the volume changes with one press of a configured button: eg. increments of 2, 5 or 10. Currently the increment is way too little to be handy on a mouse button.
   2. I'm using a MX Vertical mouse which sadly doesn't have a second wheel on the side that I could use to control volume like the Master series. As an alternative, I set up a gesture key to turn the volume up when moving the mouse right and down when I move it to the left. However, with my mouse sensitivity being pretty low and desk space small, I can only change the volume by about 5-15 pts per mouse movement, which is very annoying! I'd love it if you added a separate mouse movement sensitivity option just for gestures.

7. K380 connection issues

   Logitech K380 keyboard does not connect to bluetooth on Samsung Book 3. I've to switch off bluetooth and switch on again on the laptop, then switch on the keyboard for it to connect to the laptop. This is frustrating and time-consuming.

9. Firmware Fehlerbehebung

   Ich habe hier ein Problem mit eurem Produkt, die ersten 2 Monate war alles SUPER !

   Jetzt hat die MX Key Tastatur ein FIRMWARE Update Installiert ( 81.1.15 ) und die Beleuchtung meiner Tastatur ist kaputt !!

   ESC, F3, F4, F8, F9 Leuchten volle Power auf 7 und lassen sich nicht auf Stufe 1 Beleuchtung einstellen, alle anderen Tasten Leuchten auf Stufe 1 und lassen sich nicht Heller einstellen selbst wenn man auf volle Power einstellt und sagt man will sie alle auf 7 haben, sie leuchten ganz schwach auf 1

   Mal Ernsthaft, die Tastatur hat mich 120€ gekostet und nach dem ersten Automatischen Update der Tastatur ist alles Kaputt ?

   Ich werde die Tastatur so lange Reklamieren und in Reparatur schicken und mir eine neue Verlangen bis ihr das Problem in den griff bekommt.

   Kann nicht sein dass die FIRMWARE im Auslieferungszustand besser ist als nach euren UPDATES.

   Für mich ist das Software Manipulation wenn meine Hardware nach dem Update verschlechtert wird.

   Vielleicht habe ich auch einfach nur Pech gehabt und eine Montagsproduktion erhalten, die nach 2 Monaten kaputt gegangen ist.

   Wir finden es bald raus, wenn die neue Tastatur die mir am Montag geliefert wird nach dem Update das selbe Problem aufweist, werde ich mir die dritte und vierte und fünfte Tastatur zuschicken lassen.

   Ihr werdet euch um das Problem kümmern, sonst geht ihr noch Pleite wenn jeder Kunde 10 Ersatz Tastaturen bekommt .

10. Flow feature for ipads.

    I want the flow feature of my mouse and keyboard to be on my ipad. The flow feature can be used between 2 computers, but the flow feature from a Windows computer to an iPad tablet cannot be used. I am excitedly waiting for you to bring log options+ to iPads.

11. Horrible syncing and performance problems

    Do you know how many times a day I have to wait for minutes until the MX Master 3 and mx mechanical keyboard to sync the configurations with the PC even though the app works? do you know how often this affects my efficiency at work? Do you know how many times Logitech app plus was stuck at loading until I had to kill 5 processes for it to work again? I PAID HUNDREDS OF DOLLARDS FOR THESE DEVICES AND THEY OPERATE WORSE THAN A USB 10$ logitech/microsoft wired mouse. Can you please deal with these problems in a competent way?

13. MX Master pointer acceleration on Mac

    we really need a setting to change the pointer acceleration on mac, for all mx master 3, setting the speed is not enough: we want minimal movement while selecting a word and more speed when moving rapidly to reach corners, for instance, this difference is set by acceleration, not by speed

14. 기기 페어링 동시 전환과 안드로이드 Flow 서비스

    1. 키보드와 마우스를 세트로 구매하였지만, 이지스위치가 키보드 따로 마우스 따로인 부분을 키보드의 이지스위치로 마우스도 같이 스위칭되게 하면 좋을 것 같습니다.

    2. 안드로이드 + 윈도우 환경에서도 Logitech Flow를 이용할 수 있게 안드로이드 Logitech options+ 앱을 개발해주세요.

20. Add keyboard backlight option please!
