1. Always on Backlit

   Please solve the problem of backlit of MX Keys plus. There are many customers wishing to turn backlit always on. I believe there has to be an option to turn on the backlit manually without the need of sensor actuation. It is a problem which can be solved by a simple software update, please consider this. Somethis sensor can react late and it is highly annoying.

3. Utter Frustration

   These updates are awful. After installation this woeful software cannot locate my mouse, keyboards, nor connectors... I have multiple Time for new solutions, this is time wasted going into diagnostic mode b/c Logi cannot do simple updates is not for me.

4. keyboard does NOT follow mouse between 2 computers

   mx keys FAILS to follow the mouse cursor (master 3s) between 2 PCs. this keeps happening for 2+ years now.
   no update has fixed it. You dont seem to be capable of fixing it and I dont trust this will happen. as a result I will be upgrading my keyboard and mouse to another provider.

5. Please, PLEASE LET THE KEYBOARD LIGHT STAY ON!

   Hi. How do I make the light stay on the keyboard, at least for 30-60 seconds? Now it is turning off too soon, and it makes me crazy, having to search for the keyboard before beeing able to type..

7. I know right? Logitech can't do anything right.

   My goodness! Can't you do ANYTHING right? After the recent Logi+ software update, now my stupid MX Master cannot be found. I have to use the Windows 11 drivers just to use the stupid mouse. Thanks for making such a ****** software and ruining any chance at setting up all my buttons. ******* buttons are now useless. Thanks!

9. MX devices link

   Hel-Logi Team!

   Happy to see this morning update of Logi Options+ software to v1.32.366807. Thank you for this, it permits me to add management of my MX Anywhere 2 mouse additionally to the already supported MX Keys keyboard.
   Unfortunately, I expected to be able to switch the mouse in sync with keyboards Easy-Switch button. Indeed, it would be very suitable to assigned both devices simultaneously by linking them.
   I look forward to see this major user experience enhancement arriving (very) soon!

12. MX Master 3 / Options+ Problem

    MX Master 3 is since today not recognized by this software, after working for months correctly, connected via USB receiver.
    Mouse is working correct, cannot customize buttons.

14. LogiOptionsの設定が消えデバイス追加不可

    急に接続デバイスすべてが認証しなくなった。
    再度追加もできない。LOGIBOLT上は認識してキーボード、マウスも使えるのに、LogiOptions+だけおかしい。再起動してもなおらない。

18. Cursor freezes

    There is an error in the mouse driver. Every 5-10 seconds, the cursor freezes.
    When this happens, the Mause section in the System preferences disappears briefly.
    If I have a window with a scrollbar, the scrollbar briefly appears and disappears.

20. Logi Options/Bolt/ Unifying vs. K750, M705, Chat/WebCam

    Guten Morgen,
    nach dem heutigen Tag stelle ich fest, DASS LOGITECH alles unternimmt, um langjährige (> 30 Jahre !!) Kunden zu verlieren. Es kann doch NICHT SEIN, dass Produkte, welche nach wie vor im Handel erhältlich sind - nicht mehr via Standard Software unterstützt werden - ich spreche hier von der K750 SOLAR Tastatur - m.E. eine der besten Tastaturen, welche Ihr je angeboten habt, nicht nur im Bereich der Funktionalität sondern auch im Bereich Energieeffizienz (eben die Aufladung via Solar Modulen) -. Ich selber habe 5 dieser Tastaturen in Betrieb - seit fast 8 Jahren - ersetzt werden musste bisher eine Tastatur(!!) und einmal die Batterie(!!) - ergo auch an Umweltfreundlichkeit NICHT zu überbieten. Mit dem Update der SetPoint Software im Januar (Release 6.90) wird, unter WIN10, gelegentlich die Tastatur Sperre nach dem Anmelden (Wake UP) aktiviert - dies lässt sich jedoch nicht verlässlich verifizieren (arbeite noch daran - warum ! ) . Das aber auch die SOLAR APP, welche Auskunft über den Akku Stand der Tastatur gibt, nicht mehr unterstützt wird - geht gar nicht! Nächste Frage: WARUM wird z.B. der FIREFOX Browser nicht mehr unterstützt? Es gibt genug User, welche NICHT die ALLMACHT von Google (Sammelwut der Daten) permanent unterstützen wollen - sondern nur soweit wir NÖTIG.
    Ich verstehe und akzeptiere, dass sich LOGITECH weiterentwickeln soll und muss, was neue Produkte angeht - jedoch dabei ALLES zu vergessen, was dieses Unternehmen zu einem WELTMARKT Führer gemacht hat - dass sollte m.E. MEHR als genau überdacht werden. Dies betrifft auch das Thema 'Web- & Konferenz-Cam' - einstecken und läuft - dies schon seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr möglich - leider.
