Worst program ever
Your software struggles significantly when using more than one of your own devices, not sure how you managed that, but now it won't recognize my MX Master 3 or my MX Mechanical at all. Get your **** together, please. Now I have to throw these out and buy from another brand.

mouse lag
My mouse works way worse. Ive spent an hour on this. I'm going to buy a new one and stick this perfectly good used mouse back in the box and return my old one. You idiots can eat the cost. Stop updating the software it always and I mean always bricks the product.

MX-Keys Tastatur Beschriftung
Betrifft MX-Keys. Die Tastaturen sind sehr schwach beschriftet, wenn die Beleuchtung der Tastatur nicht an ist ist die Beschriftung kaum zu lesen. Vorschlag, wenn die externe Beleuchtung der Tastatur nicht **** genug ist, sollte die eingebaute Beleuchtung automatisch schwach angehen.

Add manually software update option
Can you please add the ability to manually check for updates and install into the UI? I do not like running background processes that automatically check, and currently there is no way to update Logi Options + without running the background process.

我使用MX系列機械鍵盤滑鼠，拜託可以出IPAD OS版本的OPTIONTS+軟體嗎？讓 winidows電腦能跟I PAD使用easy-switch 一鍵轉換鍵盤滑鼠。
一開始看到一堆KOL幫MX系列宣傳可以順暢在電腦跟I PAD上轉換，實際使用卻是鍵盤要按一下，滑鼠又要拿起來按去轉換。真的滿不方便。拜託1 vote -
Fix screen print button on Craft Keyboard!
My craft keyboard's 'screen print' button does not work..when used it produces garbled code/junk..I then tried manually mapping this key to a screen print command..SAME THING..please fix this..it does not work and is useless on my Mac

Improvement suggestion
Hello Logi,
First of all, I love your products, my Mouse MX Master 3s and Keyboard MX Keys are amazing, specially for office work.
As an improvement suggestion, on this Logi App, it would be great to show the percentage of the MX Keyboard too, as it is shown at the Mouse.

update bug
You guys need to fix this app. Options+ has a fatal flaw: every time there is an available update, the mouse resets to factory defaults and the programmed buttons don't work. And considering that there is an update at least every week, this is very frustrating. I have turned off auto-updates because this seemed to make it worse, but frankly its no different. You need to change this so that I can at least use the mouse as I set it regardless if there are updates available. I will install them in due time. But frankly, the way this app…

Losing FLOW and "fixing (restarting) mouse regularly.
When using FLOW with the MX Keys moving with the mouse, sometimes the mouse needs to be "fixed" (restarted) whenever it cannot change computer anymore. I think this either because the keyboard is falling behind or something happens because of the mouse's switching speed.

Calculator
Can you make it so when you press the Calculator button on the MX Keys keyboard it automatically switches so the next buttons you press are on the calculator app, I find this so frustrating as i have typed my calculations into other apps before realising,

More options / Merge softwares
Combine Logi Options and Logitech G HUB.
This is probably way harder to execute than it sounds, especially with a massive company such as logitech. That said, as a user, I think it's a big inconvenience to have to use two pieces of software to customize my peripherals. Options+ is also way to simplified for most medium to intermediate users, which is a huge turnoff for me and a lot of co-workers.

MX MASTER 3S Application Not Work
The Logitech MX Master 3S is not functioning as the buttons have been configured in the ADD APPLICATION, and today, the programs that had button configurations have disappeared. My impression of Logitech is gradually decreasing, and I feel that my Logitech MX Master 3S is better than cheaper mice, as its scroll wheel and clicks are noiseless.

Impossible to keep Mx Keys do what they are supposed to
After every update - adding new devices, you do not know what to expect. I know this is revolutionary technology, however there must be a way as sometimes it works. So you are having issues connecting 2 computers. Here comes an update - now things are better... but wait, here comes another update, and it is worse than before... congrats LOGITECH

Update Stopped Mouse Buttons From Working
Logi Options+ Version 1.36.387585 doesn't work. I can no longer use the button under the wheel to cut or any other options. Please fix soon!

Lose settings
I don't know how to solve this problem. the app don't save the smartshift settings. Always when return from sleep mode, loses the settings. How do I can solve this?
