1. Logo Options+ Update error

   Receiving a 'Backend Connection Problem' error when auto-updating Logi Options+ on Windows 10 Desktop. Have uninstalled, cleaned registry entries and reinstalled but unfortunately get the same error which gets caught in a loop. Tried your Bot-Chat for help but was unsuccessful.

2. Backend and Options + won't work or load

   Every time I launch Logi Options + it states backend connections problem-click here to launch backend. Then does nothing. I have uninstalled, clean and rebooted and reinstalled multiple times. With no resolution.

3. Unable to map Cmd+[

   I'm unable to map Cmd+[ to the back button my mouse. This worked with the previous version of Options. When I try to map, it recognizes the Cmd but not the [. I'm trying to do this for the "Back" action in Eclipse which doesn't respond to the normal "Back" mapping

4. Customizable Flow for security

   Hi, I would really like to use the "FLOW" feature to easily move my mouse and my keyBoard from one compurter to the other BUT It is not possible in our situation. Today, one of the main reason why people use two computer in software developpement at least, is because big companies are having their computer so restrain from any software that we have to use a second off-network computer in addition to the company's computer (for email, Team, report etc...) to be able to work, program and test software. So guess what, Logi Options+ is not allowed on one of my two computers because it allows to exchange file from one computer to the other, what is considered as a threat for the company computer as the file could be malicious.
   What I could suggest you is to have a customizable FLOW feature, instead of having to connect a second computer at the first step why could the mouse&keyboard switch to the device #2 when the mouse hit the left or right screen limit? I know it would not allow the file transfer but it would allow to easily switch between devices without having any install on the second computer. It would prevent forgetting to switch the keyboard when we switch the mouse and always starting typing on the wrong computer... Me and our team are using your products and we think the automatic switch between devices is the main feature of the Flow feature rather than the smart file transfer, but we can't currently use any of these feature as the Flow feature is not customizable to suit the modern computer security word.

5. mouse no longer scrolls after update

   since this new version installed itself without asking me, my wheel no longer scrolls the pages in the browser.

   Grrrrrrrr. Don't break what wasn't broken in the first place.

6. Logitech: Es war einmal....

   Leider bin ich mit der neuen Options Software und Logitech insgesamt immer weniger zufrieden. Logitech stand mal für Innovation und Qualität. Das ist lange her. Heute erinnert es mehr an einen "Bauchladen": Alles irgendwie da aber nicht in sich stimmig. Konkret: Warum gibt es plötzlich 2 Options ? Was soll das? Warum werden alte Geräte nicht alle ins Options eingebunden und zwar in EIN Options? Und so klingt Options+ zwar nach mehr, nur eine wesentliche Funktion in meiner MX Ergo gibt es immer noch nicht (gibt es unter Windows Mauseinstellungen schon seit 20 Jahren): Die Zeigerbeschleunigung! Verwendet man mehrere und große Bildschirme, ist dies sehr hilfreich. Dafür braucht aber das neue Options+ ewig, um zu starten. Bravo! Das lässt sich fortsetzen mit anderen Geräten. Da wäre die Brio Webcam. 4k unter Teams? Keine Chance. Stabilität...auch nicht, wird gerne mal unter Zoom erst gar nicht gefunden. Ganz ehrlich: Ich gehe was Neuanschaffungen angeht, gerade im Bereich Homeoffice/Streaming, mittlerweile zu Elgato. Die bringen die Zuverlässigkeit und Innovationen, die ich früher mal bei Logitech fand. Und das ist wohl der Punkt: Die haben zwar weniger im Angebot, aber das richtig gut. So wie Logitech früher halt. ...lang , lang ists her... schade.

7. マウスジェスチャーのパンの速度を可変、または高速にしてほしい。

   マウスジェスチャーのパンのスクロール速度を可変にしてください。
   以前のLogicool Optionsを使用していたときはパンの速度が速く、中央ボタンでスクロールするには長すぎるWebページなどが高速にスクロールできて大変助かっておりました。

9. Why are my settings lost after a couple of hours with +

   With Logioptions I had no problems. My M720 would not forget its settings even after a system reboot. Once plus was released the settings last about 2 hours before they are lost and I have to go through the process again. This has been since upgrading to plus. Can I go back? Can you introduce a save settings button?

10. No rompan el software en cada actualización

    En serio no puedo creer que sean tan incompetentes, cada que actualizan este software basura algo arruinan. Ahora resulta que no tengo ningún dispositivo conectado? el receptor está conectado, el mouse funciona, pero su software no detecta mi MX master 3. Primero la app no abre, luego borran todas las configuraciones personalizadas sin posibilidad de recuperarlas vía copia de seguridad porque sobreescriben todo. Y ahora esto? Por amor de Dios, contraten gente que sepa hacer su trabajo.

11. all settings lost after restart. have to reinstall daily.

    Every morning Options+ loses all settings, unifying receiver is not connected or visible in app. mouse is not connected or visible in app. (there is no bluetooth on my computer). Windows settings shows the receiver is operational. attempting to add device in the app the unifying receiver option is greyed out. this is unusable. Logi Options worked just fine I want it back

13. Bad update

    Why do you change to the new Options+ APP and disable the previous Option APP from using? This is non sense, the old software works fine for me. The new software can not find the mouse and lost all the customzation I made.

15. Keep Litra on until app quit/close

    Hey LogiTeam! I'm loving the app, but would really like this feature: Turn on my Litra Glow when I start a conferencing app (like Zoom), and leave it on for all apps until I quit the app it started for (e.g. Zoom). The reason is that I always have to switch between apps while I'm on a Zoom call, and the light goes on and off as I do. That gets distracting for me and the other parties, and sort of defeats the "smarts" of the light. Thanks for your consideration!

16. Side Button CTRL release

    To whoever it may concern,

    I have some feedback on the side button functions for the mouse that I use, MX Master 3. I have set the side buttons to Copy and Paste. In Excel, whenever the button copy/paste button is released and the arrow keys are hit, the cell selector moves as if "CTRL" + Arrow Key was hit instead of Arrow Key. Hope you can look into this.

17. Horizontal scroll not working on Master 3 with LogiOptions installed

    The horizontal scroll wheel on my MX Master 3 only works 30% of the time. Many other people also have this issue. To fix it you have to uninstall LogiOptions+ then it works all the time. FIX THIS!!!

19. Zoom using scroll wheel

    please bring back zoom using scroll wheel option back to logi options +. The previous version of logi options had this functionality, but this one does not. This feature is very important to increase my productivity.

20. logitech should care more

    still my logi craft no support for opt+
    i want to use the full speed of USB when i change the power plan in Device Man. WIn 11 pro i cant use my mouse and keyboard i dont know why thanks god my monitor is touch every time i tried and use touch to undo USB power plan i have also alot of dropout connectivty
