1. App-spezifische Tastenbelegung für MX Master 2s

   Ich besitze zu Hause einmal die MX Master 3, bei der ich spezifische App Belegungen auf die Tasten legen kann (z.B. nächste Registerkarte; Registerkarte schließen im Webbrowser). Im Büro habe ich die MX Master 2s bei der dies leider nicht möglich ist. Das ist sehr schade und leider nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar, da es sich ja um reine Software handelt. Die App die ich auf dem PC habe verwaltet ja gar beide Mäuse zeitgleich, die Möglichkeiten unterscheiden sich aber maßgeblich. Eine Überarbeitung für die MX Master 2s wäre mehr als wünschenswert!

4. Hardwareunterstützung

   Guten Tag,

   seit nun mittlerweile locker einem Jahr steht in Ihrer mittlerweile nicht mehr ganz "neuen" Software, dass die Logitech Craft "noch" nicht unterstützt wird! Wie viele Jahre muss man denn noch warten, bis dies mal passiert? Es handelt sich bei dem Gerät ja nun wirklich auch nicht um billige Ramschware und daher kann man ja wohl erwarten, dass Sie sich auch mal um die Software des Gerätes kümmern!

5. Memory leak

   The new UI interface is nice and smooth. But it doesn't matter. Not one bit. I would take a windows 95 UI over this if that meant that my mouse driver program didn't use 4 gigs of RAM every time.

   How is it possible that Logitech, the company that creates the best mouses and keyboards in terms of hardware cannot fix a memory leak in their flagship application? It's been an issue since day one, and it's been reported many many times on every possible forums, yet you still haven't taken the time to fix it. I really don't understand what can be more important, other than fixing an issue that results in outrageous RAM usage.

   And the new update quietly mentioned some memory leak issues, but I got my hopes up for nothing. It did not help one bit. Makes me question if you will ever fix this...

   I know you know of this issue, so there is no reason to for me to write this email. It's a combination of my frustration and disappointment in you as a company.

6. Add Logitech CRAFT keyboard to Logitech Options+

   Bonjour, une prise en charge du clavier CRAFT de logitech serait un réel PLUS dans cette application, afin d'éviter d'avoir deux applications qui tournent en même temps sur Windows. Vu le prix du clavier, cette fonctionnalité devrais être supportée. Merci.

8. Craft Keyboard Support

   Please add support for the Craft Keyboard. It is a flagship keyboard and it doesn't have access to the latest software. I love the keyboard and would love if the features transfered over.

10. Litra auto-on/off

    Please allow the setting to have the light automatically turn on when the webcam is activated. This feature should exist in the Options app since it already exists in the GHub app

14. broken latest update

    the latest update has screwed up my mouse. the logi options app now doesnt show i have any devices connected and my scroll wheel now isnt flipped and is hard work. the mouse and keyboard both work fine and are connected by bluetooth but the extra options from the app dont apply any more. the firmware updater still recognises that they are connected and let me update them but the logi options app is now broken and says no devices. driving me mad as im used to a mac so i flip the scroll wheel and now everything is an effort

16. Mouse button mapping presets/profiles

    It would be awesome to have presets or profiles for mouse button mappings. I use my mouse for work and gaming. I don't use the same key mappings for work and gaming so if I want to switch I the button mappings I have to do so manually.

    can you please add the logitech craft keyboard to options+ app, it is your most expensive keyboard too, so I can have all my devices on 1 app instead of 2 it would be much more convenient and me and other customers can use logitech flow better

18. No Work for Tech Until Tech Works for Us

    Your team hates multiple user setups. Your Logi Bolt devices consistently fail to set the user profile settings every time switching users in Windows 11 after it was confirmed to suck in Windows 10 as well. NO WORK FOR TECH UNTIL TECH WORKS FOR US.

19. Übernahme von Einstellungsprofilen für andere Programme

    Es sollte möglich sein ein Einstellungsprofil der F-Tasten auf weitere Programme zu kopieren, um bei ähnlichen Funktionsweisen verschiedener Programme nicht immer von vorne beginnen zu müssen. Rechtsklick auf die bestehende Programmeinstellung --> für anderes Programm übernehmen

20. Integrate into G-HUB

    Why not integrate this into G-HUB and make life easier for your customers. Two separate apps which are supposed to do the same thing is a waste of resources on my computer.
