No firmware updates on brand new products???
How is it possible I have a brand new MXs for Mac mouse, AND a brand new MX mini Keys for Mac, AND NEITHER ONE OF THEM HAVE THE ABILITY TO UPDATE FIRMWARE?????
You should be ashamed of producing a product that is not even providing basic update abilities.
I'm returning both.

create Fn + Volume Up entry
I've MX keys keyboard. F1-F12 keys have a different action when I press them with or without Fn. Volume up on the other hand doesn't recognize Fn. It would be great to be able to map different actions when "volume up" is pressed with and without Fn.

自定义手势灵敏度低，需要滑动更长的距离。
我新购买了anywhere 2s，对比之前的M585，有一个问题需要反馈。
自定义了一些手势按钮，例如按住后退向下滑动鼠标来打开某程序，有时候会失灵，需要多次尝试。总结出anywhere 2s这个自定义手势的滑动灵敏度不如M585，需要更长的滑动距离才能实现自定义的功能。所以想请问，有没有这种灵敏度的设置？或者说有什么办法来改进这个问题呢？

I'll reinstall, but I shouldn't be trying to fix this at all.
Lately when I restart my computer I get a "backend connection problem javascript error". I'm using Windows 10 Logi Options+ v1.50.447400. The work around is running Logi Options then picking my mouse in that to run Options+. I hope this stops happen as it slow me down since my default setting are not saved to the mouse.

Gestures action for Teams and Zoom
When configuring app customizations, generally the "Gestures" action for the top button on MX Vertical (default: change pointer speed) is available. However, for apps like Teams and Zoom, the Gestures action is mysteriously missing ("Mission Control" is available, not not quite the same).
Could we have the "Gestures" action available for Teams and Zoom, please?

Stop updating... it makes things worse.
The mouse worked great until the most recent update... now the scrolling wheels won't work.

PROBLEMA NO MOUSE MX MASTER 3S
A mais ou menos 1 mês e meio comprei o kit da Logitech e em 4 dias começou a dar problemas, fui até a loja e pedi a troca imediata, foi trocado, pois o novo kit continua apresentando problemas, os mesmos problemas. Mouse MX Master 3S, estou usando ele quando de repente começa a ficar muito lento, preciso desligar e ligar, normalmente voltava, até hj que ficou péssimo. Não consigo desligar o mouse sobre a superficie, fica todo travado. Já testei em outra USB, já tentei usar no modo Bluethoot, mesmo assim não resolve. Tem sido uma experiência bem ruim…

cpu usage and power consumption of this app
I am using the mx anywhere 3s, the mouse is great. I have no complain the mouse. I installed this app since i want to adjust the dpi of the mouse. but i find out that this app consuming around 3% of the cpu usage. Furthermore because of this problem , It takes 2% of my battery life. I am not using others function of the app , I just want to adjust the dpi . I have no idea why this app is keep loading on the background.

Movable fn-key and battery saver.
Hi!
I have the MX Mechanical and would really like to be able to switch the position of the "fn" and "opt|start" in the software like I have done with the keycaps in the picture.
Would also like the option to only charge the battery to 80% to reduce aging, since I mostly use the keyboard plugged in.

罗技的软件适配做的是真的拉，快捷键时灵时不灵。鼠标连两台电脑根本就连不上，按步骤连了一半软件就没反应了，flow怎么用？对得起你这大几百的价格？

App functions not switching between apps
MX Master 3S functions not switching between apps. Stays using one app's designated function when switching to a new app. This is unacceptable because it slows down my workflows. What is the point of this software if all it is is a hinderance.

Send window to the next display (shift win + right key)
Please add
Shift + windows key + right key
to the global setting of the thumb button as default.This shortcut key is for "sending current window/app to the next monitor" these are a necessity to people who are using multiple monitors.
you can call it "Window switch to next monitor"
The problem I'm encountering here is that doing it on shortcut key on my global setting doesn't completely over written

Davinci Resolve Support
I have just bought this mouse and love it already. One thing I would love to see is preset functions added for Davinci Resolve too as it is another video editing software equal to or better than Premiere Pro or Final Cut X.
