1. Synchronise switching mouse AND keyboard between devices

   I initially bought the MX Master 3s, then a few months later the MX Mechanical Mini. Great products. BUT what is annoying is this:
   Perfect and easy way to switch between three devices on the keyboard using F1-F3. Perfect.
   Annoying way to do so for the mouse with the little button below.
   BUT I want them to switch together.
   I want to press an F key on the keyboard and for both keyboard and mouse to switch together.
   Given the level of communication between them and the computer and your app, this must be an easy thing to sort out??

2. Döpa om enheterna

   Jag har två enheter av MX Master 3S, en på jobbet och en hemma. Upplever titt som tätt att dem inte kommer ihåg att man har bytt plats. Men mitt förslag är att jag vill kunna byta namn på enheterna. Eftersom båda heter "MX Master 3S" nu, så vill jag kunna döpa dem till "MX Master - Work" osv.

3. fn+F6/F7 (backlight) From mouse

   Scenario (common in my case):
   Dark in the room, 5am or 8pm, the monitor at a distance of 1.5-1.8m (this is also because the keyboard is wireless, yes ?!), Windows 10 with Dark Theme and Night Light activated and...What if I can start or turn off the keyboard lighting from two mouse buttons, at my choice ?

   Why should I press a combination of two keys on the keyboard in the dark when I can press only one button of the mouse, which means I use it anyway for simple things, opening a browser, surfing the Internet, update/settings Windows, Logitech Options+ settings, etc ?
   In fact, why should I touch the keyboard if for the moment I don't need to write something, or do more complicated things ?

   At the moment, the fn+F6/F7 combination cannot be entered, neither as smart action, nor as a keyboard shortcut...
   So, maybe ??? :)

   這個版本搭配M720 還是會一直CPU 100%，
   工作管理員強制關閉driver又沒了。

5. 업데이트 후 포토샵 버튼설정 해제

   업데이트 하고나서 버튼에 단축키 부여한거 자꾸 해제되고 장치검색만 한다고
   그리고 왜 다운그레이드는 있는데 설치할때는 최신으로 설치되냐고 업데이트 ㅈ같이 해놓고 가운그레이드도 못하게 해놓고 후속 조치도 없고 진짜 그지같네

   FLOW俩个电脑建立连接后，另一台向本机可以切换，但本机向另一台鼠标切换不过去。复制文件可以向另一台传输。

10. Software Defective? I don't know

    Two times now once installed, the software will not relaunch later in the day or week; it just spins and spins. Twice I've had to uninstall and reinstall the software for it to work. M1 MacBook Air

12. Can't connect devices with latest Logi Optionns

    Updated tto Logi Options 1.52.458320 yesterday and now MK850 kb and mouse (M720) frequently lose connection using unifying hub. How do I revert to old release. This is being typed on old USB kb as MK850 will not pair

16. Change custom keybind method from file location to file/exe NAME for truer universality

    I dislike the current method of adding apps/programs for individual customization of mouse/keyboard buttons because you have to select the application from the exact file path/.exe file location. I strongly suggest there is a better way to do this which not only lets the custom per-app keybinds keep working whenever an app updates or changes its file location, but it also allows those custom keybinds to work across device if a different device restores from a backup and it uses the same app but the app is in a different file location! THE SOLUTION: Allow us to customize keybinds per-app via .exe/.app NAMES instead of via file location. (i.e. To customize Photoshop or Discord keybinds, tell Options+ to add "Photoshop.exe" or "Discord.exe") The current method of finding the exact file location is NOT ideal because some apps change their path/file location whenever they are updated, such as Discord and Adobe apps. Discord updates frequently and I have to find, re-add, then reconfigure the app back to my custom keybinds every single time it updates! This is very annoying to deal with and has been for some time! The same thing for Adobe apps whenever they get annual updates. I have to find the new file locations and reconfigure them every single time. The other problem with the file location method is that often when I restore from a backup on another computer, the apps in the list for custom keybinds do not transfer over or work because they in a different file location on that computer than the computer that created the backup. Very frustrating. 17. Keystorke definition only receives modifier keys

    bug while trying to attach a keystroke to back/forward buttons in MX MASTER 3S.
    It doesn't recognize letters and signs, only recognizes modifiers cmd/ctrl/opt/shift.
    My config for back/forward for VS-Code got broken just now.

18. Recent updates causing glitches in settings

    The app often fails to apply my customized settings to my MX Master 2 mouse and my MX Keys keyboard. Over the last week, this has happened much more frequently. Opening Options+, the device is just greyed out and I can't get it to re-enable. I think a recent bug has been introduced.

19. Problems on MacOS ventura

    I am using MacOS Ventura with mx the keyboard from logitech and mx master 3 for mac.
    Hardware is perfect. The software is a mess. My mouse at times changes the scroll direction, scroll button behaviour and the middle button sometimes stops working. Very disappoiting and flustrating as it is reducing my productivity as suddenly things stops working. I hardly use those customizations and those are just source of headache.
