2. Delete Connection in EasySwitch

   If you are going to give me the ability to see what devices are connected to each of the 1-2-3 buttons on my MX Master 3S mouse, then you should also give me the ability to delete them. I am using a Bluetooth connection and I have scoured the internet to try to find a ways to remove the profile from button 2, to no avail. I even tried to find a way to factory reset the mouse to make button 2 go away, but again, nothing.

   Now you are saying to yourself, but what does it matter, you could just pair button 2 to a different computer when you need button 2. But for those of us with mild OCD and control issues, as is the case with many Information Technology people, it is frustrating to know that there is no way to just delete button 2's connection so that when I click over to button 2 I see the happy rapid blinking that says 'connect me!', not the slow blinking that say 'I'm trying to connect to a computer that no longer exists, why am I not able to connect? Hello? Hellooooo?'. And that slow blinking makes me sad and reminds me of how powerless I am, even over my mouse.

   In summary, it would be great to have a delete option in the EasySwitch area since the 'Remove' button in settings really just abandons the connection on the mouse. Thanks. Have a good day.

   Klávesová zkratka pro zobrazení kalkulačky se chová nestandardně, nahodile a zvláštně.

   Nahodile se zobrazuje na pozadí ostatních zobrazených oken. Není možné do kalkulačky ihned psát, jelikož je schovaná například za zobrazeným Outlook nebo Adobe reader, nebo je kalkulačka v pozadí za Chrome. Musím se kurzorem myši na kalkulačku kliknout v liště start, aby se zobrazila. Tato chyba je nahodila, dělá jen někdy je to velice zvláštní a také velice otravné. Občas se kalkulačka zobrazí v popředí a je vidět, ale není aktivní. Nejde do ní psát. Musí se do ní kliknout kurzorem myši, aby byla kalkulačka aktivní a šlo do ní zapisovat.
   Občas kalkulačka funguje zcela správně a po chvíli zase špatně.
   Klávesnice MX mechanical jsem koupil dvě. Pro mě a mou kolegyni v práci. Oba máme naprosto stejný problém.
   Software i firmware aktualizovaný na poslední verzi. Ona má windows 10, já používám windows 11.

   V minulosti jsem měl již mnoho klávesnic jiných značek s klávesovou zkratkou pro zobrazení kalkulačky. Bez této zkratky se v práci neobejdu, používáme téměř celý den.
   Nikdy jsem se s takovou nahodilou chybou i jiných značek nesetkal.
   Klávesová zkratka pro kalkulačku, by měla zobrazit kalkulačku na popředí a po stisknutí numerických kláves ihned zapisovat. S tímto asi budeš semnou souhlasit. Nejspíš sejde o chybu v programu Logi options+ nebo firmwaru klávesnice MX mechanival.

   Prosím předejte Vašim technikům pro bližší prověření.
   V tomto stavu je klávesová zkratka pro zobrazení kalkulačky nepoužitelná, tato nahodila chyba je velice otravná.

5. Проблемы с выделением текста мышкой

   Последние несколько дней стала очень плохо работать мышка. Стало невозможно толком ничего выделить - то выделение само отменяется, то выделается не то что надо, то сбрасывает выделение и вместо него делает клик. Стало работать ужасно.

6. [플로우]ctrl 키가 아닌 마우스로 컴퓨터 이동

   로지텍 플로우에서 "ctrl 키를 눌러 컴퓨터 이동"이 있습니다.
   그런데 플로우는 마우스가 기본이고 키보드는 마우스에 따라가게 설정해두지 않습니까
   그러니까 컴퓨터 이동이 ctrl 키와 같이 키보드가 아니라, 마우스의 버튼으로 하는 편이 더 편할 것 같습니다.

   사용하다보면 언젠가 자연스럽게 마우스와 키보드의 페어링이 달라지는 경우가 종종 있습니다.(예 : 마우스~컴퓨터 A , 키보드~컴퓨터B)

   이 경우 컴퓨터 A에 있는 커서를 ctrl 키를 누른채 이동해도 당연히 컴퓨터간 이동이 불가능 합니다. ctrl키는 컴퓨터 B에 입력되고 있으니까요.
   이런 불편을 해결하기 위해,
   컴퓨터간 이동에서 ctrl의 역할을 마우스 자체에서 담당하면 훨씬 편하고, 심지어 직관적일 것 같습니다.

8. Let the UI restart the backend, and very quickly connect.

   When logi flow or the switch desktop macros stop working, as they do about 20% of the time, I am advised to either reboot or end all logitech tasks and the "launch the backend".

   Since the UI can offer to launch the backend, why does it not have a setting option to relaunch everything too?

   The trouble with this is that rebooting would eliminate all the state I setup for my upcoming meetings and work, while ending the task means the features definitely do not work and the UI hangs around trying to connect to the backend for 10s of minutes, I measured 20 minutes at minimum once, and ofter for longer than that.

   What is going on with that, it's not at all an effective option.

   How many times should I launch the backend? I tried 5x and once, both just spend time waiting for tens of minutes before the flow and macro behavior is actually operating again.

9. Feature Suggestion/Request

   I would love the ability to right click an application at the top and copy the settings and right click another app and paste them into it. or some equivalent of that feature, if the exact procedure doesn't jive with the esthetics of your application.

12. Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys

    OS : Windows 11 (21H2)
    K380 Firmware version : 42.1.17
    Logi Options+ version : 1.70.551909

    When I check "Use F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys" as ON, it works. But sometime after it is not working. So I checked it OFF and ON again. but still sometime it is turned off.(Even it is checked ON)

13. Cannot connect MX mouse

    I am not able to connect my mouse to the Unifying Receiver. I am using Options+. When I try to connect, a window pops up in the bottom right of my screen. Before I can click on "connect", the window disappears. This product does not work.

    pairing a mouse to a receiver should not take so long! i understand security is good but needing to click left right right left 10 times is too much! its stupid, especially when it doesnt work and I have to try again, makes the whole process so slow

16. touchpad double-tap drag skips letters in selection

    It ****** me endlessly when this "super-duper-über-drüber" K400 Plus keyboard (guess your self-judgement) always skips the first two characters with double-tap & drag to select text on the touchpad.

18. why is there no fast forward or rewind?

    Why don't you guys have a fast forward and rewind option for the pop keys? I use youtube a lot and this is really a bummer that I can't use my keyboard to get through my instructional videos when I need to look over a certain part a couple times. If there is a way to do that and I am not seeing it, can you please let me know? Ssamp@ivytech.edu.

    I also wish we had more programmable keys.

20. Startup and System Tray Issue

    I'm having issues with options + either not starting on boot or when it does startup not minimizing to the system tray.

    I think most would prefer the application to start up and minimize to system tray's hidden icons area so its accessible and still running in background...

    Can we get these options please?
    "start application on boot" toggle and a
    "minimize to system tray when closed" toggle. Thank Logi!
