Bug Probably? how is software this bad in 2023?
Application is horrible, it cannot find my keyboard G613 even though it is paired to the same unified receiver as my mouse. Really only downloaded this in hopes that I could update drivers as windows site Logitech drivers as the reason I cannot enable a security setting. Do better, you're the biggest input device company on the planet, make the best keyboards, mice, joysticks and web cameras period, all of which I own, Yet you consistently have the absolute worst software solutions imaginable.

mx keyboboard lose signal in 1.5 m from receiver
hey idiots
your stupid keyboard is in 1.5 meter from receiver - and it breaks the signal every ~ 5 minuts - sending incorrect orders or not sending anything at all.I tried to find any usefull reccomendations in the internet - buy notthing.

Compatibility with Pixel Buds Pro
I have 3 Bluetooth devices connected: the new MS series keyboard and mouse; Google Pixel Pro earbuds. As soon as the Pixel Buds connect, the keyboard and the mouse keep disconnecting randomly to the point that they're unusable.

Make Video scalable
On your website you have a Logi Options+ section, in that there is a DO EVEN MORE part with two videos, the Flow video shows selecting the mouse then Flow then More Settings at the top right where you find Link Keyboard ! Ticket number 11819497 can be cancelled - PLEASE setup that Video to be FULL screen, I had to put the display on a 55" monitor and scale it to read the menus...

Connectivity unreliable
This is not an idea and more of fix request. Over the last 3 updates, the "flow" action has become less reliable. The app doesn't show the next computer as connected until I move the physical mouse pad of the other computer for the app to recognize the other computer before the "flow" will work. This happens on both connected computers and must be related to a time-out or something that needs refreshing.
Please look into this. This is the sole purpose of purchase this expensive model of keyboard and mouse device. If not, please reprogram the software to allow…

MacOS screenshot not working
Hello, I doubt there might be a glitch in MacOS that resulting in the "command shift 4 spacebar" shortcut to capture screenshot within a selected window not working, it said "Your screenshot can't be saved, unable to capture window image". I doubt this is due to a collision between MacOS and Logitech Options, maybe I'm wrong, I just would like you to keep an eye on it. Thank you.

Options+ Auto-Reset on Win11
Options+ reset my mouse settings (MX Master 3) on its own. It then backed up those settings to the cloud, overwriting my settings completely. Please look into auto-resetting behavior of Options+ on Windows 11 22H2.

MX Key Detached Numpad
Dear Logi,
My MX Keys and MX 3 Mouse were my absolute favourites. I am a lecturer in architecture and a doctorate student, so my desk is everything from tidy. My MX Keys are so wide, which causes the mouse space to be cramped, which is an issue. The 3DConnexion Keyboard Pro's physical separation of the number keys appeals to me. Again, put battery % like you do for mouse. This is very helpful. Simple issue.

Lag
Master MX 3 mouse sometimes has weird lag when. I am connecting with the Logitech receiver. This is on Windows 11 but have seen this issue happen for years on Windows 11, 10, and MacOS.

MX Anywhere 3S scrolling is random and crazy
Hi,
I've bought a mouse MX Anywhere 3S and the scrolling wheel makes me crazy. I don't understand what do you wanted to achieve but the mouse has a random speed of scrolling. Sometimes it scrolls just a few lines, and sometimes it scrolls several pages!!!It doesn't depends on speed of scrolling. I thought it could be something like a acceleration but it's definitely not.
Sometimes it scrolls a bit to opposite direction! When I start scrolling down, at the beginning it scrolls a bit up. This jerking is very annoying.

constantly logging out
your app logs me out, then my customizations don't work. then i have to log back in. Why are you requiring me to constantly log back in to get my per app customizations? Why are you limiting us? how can that be helpful to anyone?

"Do Nothing" action still prevents other simultaneous actions
When a button is set to "Do Nothing", it shouldn't prevent me from pressing other buttons. It should turn it into a completely useless button. One of the buttons on my mouse has become sticky, and so it is always pressed down. However, the other buttons can't function, despite the sticky button being set to "Do Nothing", because the action "Do Nothing" is constantly triggered, thus preventing any ability for other non-standard buttons to function.

Idee
Die Smartaction ist eine Tolle Idee. Als ich gelesen habe das damit morgens bestimmte Programme geöffnet werden können war ich gespannt. Es wäre schön wenn es auch möglich wäre mit nur einem Tastendruck eine Bestimmten Ordner öffnen zu können den man Tag täglich Braucht.

mouse speed
Woke my macbook up from sleeping, the mouse's behavior took sometime to sync with the Option+ setting. example: mouse speed runs default (slower), scrolling faster; then after some 10+/- seconds, back to normal as expected.
