  1. Detection doesn't work at all - Common issue online, no regular fixes.

    Neither regular Logitech options or this plus version can detect the bluetooth dungle that comes with logitech pro X 2 or whatever mouse, even with firewall turned off. I find it worthless.

  2. Microsoft Store apps not supported

    I'm not able to launch an application installed through the Microsoft Store on my laptop. It would be really nifty if could add support for that.

  5. Memory and CPU excessive use on Intel Macbook Pro

    I have problems with Options-plus using huge amounts of RAM and CPUon my 2019 Macbook Pro laptop running Monterey MacOS 12.6.7. My idea is that you should fix this

  7. Produt not funtioning

    I am very unsatisfied with Logitec. The products are very unstabvle, sometimes they function, sometimes not. I dowloaded two apps, have registered, but 4 month later the password is not valid any more. And when I try to register it anew, it is not accepted thou it is rather complicated.
    Have any idea whar I should do

  8. Backlite duration and "always on" for MX Keys

    Can you please add a setting for the MX Keys keyboard that allows the user to choose how long the backlight stays on? Several of our users complain that it turns off too quickly.

  9. Mouse not recognizing button config when waking up computer.

    It's annoying that I have to open up the Logi Options+ app every time a wake my computer up in order for my mouse to recognized my button configurations and scroll direction. It's beginning to make this mouse not an option when I look for a new one. Fix this.

    Fix your 24/7 chat, its absolutely ****.
    Also can you help through here since support is rubbish: My account keeps making me verify my email and it won't send the verification over, i've tried multiple times. I jst want to make a simple smart action macro and it forces me to sign in.

  11. Mikrofon global muten

    Ich möchte mein Mikrofon mit der Daumentaste der MX Master global muten. Aus mir nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen ist bei der Konfiguration der MX Master 3S diese Option nur in Teams aber nicht global für alle Anwendungen setzen wie bei der MX Keys. Damit würde das Arbeiten mit der MX Master und MX Keys noch mehr Spaß machen :)
    Ich freue mich auf das Update.

    在macos系统下，鼠标待机一段时间，回报率就从88下降到50多，此时光标严重卡顿，非常影响使用

  16. Backup disappeared on fresh install

    All my backups were erased after a fresh install of Options+ (only backup to be found are from "seconds ago"), which completely defeats the purpose of backing up profiles, and is a huge waste of my time to set my devices again. The backup logic has always been very poor (also, the settings of "automatic backup" is not saved in my Options+ profile).
