Trigger aléatoire de l'AI prompt contre ma volonté
J'utilise le logiciel de commande vocale Dragon. Quand je fais des commandes vocales pour faire des recherches sur Internet, ça trigger aléatoirement le "AI prompt builder" de logitech contre ma volonté, alors que je n'ai assigné aucune touche.
C'est désagréable.
Auriez-vous des solutions à me proposer ?

Change device critical error
When I change device, sometime keyboard is moved but mouse not, sometime everytjing is fine for 1 of 2 swiping, but after that nothing is acheived when I try to change device. Can you please fix this, in last versions it was even worse!

Pls, I bought your expensive mouse (MX Ergo) and now I want to use it.
It has 7 things to press and you brag about akll the possibilities I will have.
But there's nowhere to find out how to do it.
I don't want to buy more devices, which is all I find.

customizations occasionally failed
When the application running in the back. The customized settings occasionally failed. You need to open the application again to make settings work again. This could be very annoying when you're working. When your shortcuts does not work, you have to spend extra time to find the cause of the issue. You start to wonder if the hardware(keyboard, mouse or a certain button on the hardware) or software or even the USB port on your PC has failed.

滑鼠卡頓 or (時不時更新的問題?)
Logi Options經常自己更新或是幹啥，滑鼠就會一直卡頓卡頓，使用到一半有這些體驗並不是很好，感覺好像滑鼠壞掉一樣

GPT NOT WORKING
I loved the AI feature but now when I submit the text from the app, it isn't loaded on the Chatgpt. So update to fix that would be nice.
I also noticed that previously, when it was working, the line breaks weren't implemented when text would appear on ChatGPT, so an update for that would be appreciated as well.

Logi Flow sleeps too quickly
I do not like what you've done in the last few releases. Flow is less reliable. The mouse goes inactive on one computer almost the instant I have "flowed" it to the other computer, and sometimes I cannot "flow" it back without starting Logi Options. Wasn't like this just a few weeks ago.

A better num lock key notification
I'm totally in love with this new mouse! (M720). I just noticed a notification for when caps lock or num lock is being turned off/on. I'm glad but to me what is really needed is a small icon in the tray (not a large screen notification) that is on all the time telling you whether those keys are activated at the moment vs that you just turned them off/on (then the notification disappears). Being that some keyboards surprisingly don't have an indicator light on the key itself, what is really needed is something that will do exactly what the small…

Assign other button clicks to thew forward and back buttons
Allow me to assign left click and right click to the side buttons again.

Software is unusable
This is the worst software Logitech has ever produced. It locks up and will not let you configure anytthing. It automatically configures things that are not applicable and then functions will not work at all.

Randomly Forgets Keybinds
FIX THIS, every time my goes to sleep or if i leave it idle logi options just forgets all my mouse key bindings and i have to open up the app and reselct them to get them back.

Bug with Flow and Scroll Free Spin Between Mac and Windows
On my MX Anywhere 3S the Free Spin wheel setting is not retained when moving back and forth using Flow between a Windows and Mac computer. Both computers are set to use Free Spin but the Mac keeps reverting to Ratchet setting. I would like a bug opened so Logitech can fix this.

prompt builder fails when signed in to (free) openAI
when signed in (thru google) to chatGPT, the prompt builder fails. text selects properly and fills the textfield, but this does not open chatGPT successfully on clicking "submit." It just opens a new/recent chatGPT thread, without inputting the prompt.
