Cant update firmware
Application cant find none of my devices when i click update firmware. I have brand new pc, mx master mouse and logi keyboard.

Missing Horizontal Scroll option
Horizontal scrolling option no longer exists to map to buttons?
(At least not for ERGO M575).
In previous version of Options (not Options+), I could set buttons to Horizontal Scroll Left/Right, which is useful in applications like Excel. Not anymore??

Full screen apps vs window apps customization
I think there should be an option to specify the behavior of the mouse/keyboard buttons when a window is in full screen and when its not. For example, when an app is in full screen, Id like to use my middle mouse button for gesture control and when an app is not in full screen, use the middle button for launch pad. I realize apps can be customized individually, but Im hoping a full screen/not full screen setting can be implemented.

Logi Options+ is a critical app and need to be 100% reliable, but it's not
This app needs to be a lot more reliable. It's very frustrating when suddenly my mouse starts acting differently because apparently Logi Options+ has lost track of it. It's also unreliable in detecting the mouse plugged into the (non-Bolt) receiver. It lost track of the mouse plugged into the receiver, then, when I went to add the mouse again, it did not show a receiver present, even though I was interacting with the UI using a mouse that was paired with the receiver. I unplugged the receiver and plugged it back in. Now Logi Options+ detected the receiver, but it…

Refresh charging without re-opening app, system tray charge levels, bring old device support, etc.
It would be great that, when my Max Master 3 is plugged in for charging, that it updates in real time instead of closing and re-opening the app to see the progress.
It would also be great if there was an option to close to the Windows system tray and decide if it opens with Windows or not. This is mainly for the status of the battery. Alternatively, you could put a battery icon of each device's battery levels in the system tray.

bluetooth lagging
Hello, I have questions about bluetooth. My mouse and keyboard sleep after stop moving them only in 3 seconds, which bothers me a lot. I had tried to set buletooth in windows10 device manager, but finding no power setting(in windows11 it has, and works). Meanwhile, I upgraded the newest driver, no work either.
I'll appreciate it if you can fix this issue. And it would be better if the sleep can be adjusted, at least not in the worse 3seconds.1 vote -

Ich bin sehr begeistert von der Hardware (MX Mäuschen und MX keys) und die Software ist genial. Ich wünsche mir etwas: Eine neue Tastatur mit noch mehr Tasten, etwa eine Reihe zusätzlich, zum Belegen/Programmieren. Dazu STICKER, auf einer Vorauswahl/Karte, die in der Packung beiliegt, mit Symbolen, diese Sticker kann man dann auf die jeweiligen Tasten kleben (schwer ablösbar oder mit neuen Stickern überklebbar, falls man die Tastenbelegung ändert/umprogrammiert).

Why do I need internet connection to use all functionality of my product?
Why do I have to, 1 have an account to use an advertised functionality of the product I bought and, 2 have internet access to log in every time I want to use those functionalities once I've set them up? It makes me genuinely hate your products.

PLEASE give us battery life in the menu bar!
PLEASE add an optional menu bar indicator for battery life of connected devices. Its wild to me all the features LogiOptions has, but it lacks this seemingly obvious one. Please. I'm begging you. I'm annoyingly trying to code it myself and its not easy. There are tons of people on reddit, etc. over the years looking for this as well. PLEASE! :)

Excel make both previous/next sheet available for both back and forward buttons
When using the MX Masters 3S for Excel, I use the back and forward buttons to change sheets. However, the forward button can only use "Previous Sheet" and the back button can only use "Next sheet", not the other way around, which to me would be more intuitive

Where Is My Screenshot - Mac
I have remapped the camera icon on the MX Keys keyboard on my mac to capture the screen (region) and save to a file. However, it doesn't give me an option to save with a file name nor do I know where the screenshot is saved. Can you tell me where the screenshot is saved when selecting the camera icon?

Need of additional USB-stick/"receiver" Option in Logi Options+
Have a MX Mechanical (Danish) (incl Numpad) and one USB receiver M/N CU0021. In the App Logi Options + it would be very nice, if I could see WHAT USB Receiver I have, and with the possibility to Order the same for a second PC with just a few click, fx link to the shop, so I would be sure i buy the right ADDITIONAL one.
