1. MX master 3s polling rate is too low

   Hello,
   I bought the mx master 3s yesterday and i am really enjoying it. But there is one major problem which is killing it for me and a lot of people. I can notice the pointer hicking up while moving it which is caused by the low polling rate of around 128hz. I am coming from a mouse that was 1000hz and im also using a high refresh rate monitor so the low polling rate of the mouse is noticeable. Im sure the modern hardware on the mouse and reiever can handle more. So please, please increase the polling rate at least to around 500hz. I really dont want to return the mouse because its almost perfect in all other cases.

2. Manual control of backlighting

   I have an MX mechanical keyboard, and I beg you, please add an option to manually set backlighting to stay on at all times. I thought my keyboard was malfunctioning at first when I noticed the light kept turning off, and after googling a bit I found multiple threads from several years ago of people complaining about the same thing.

   It seems to me this is due to a "smart" feature where it notices whether your hands are on the keyboard or not, and turns off the light when not. In theory this sounds like a decent idea, in practice, however, it can be downright infuriating.

   When I write I regularly stop to think, and almost every time I do so the light on my keyboard turns off. I'm not even taking my hands off the keys, just keeping them still, and the light turns off.

   I understand completely that it's smart to turn off the light when the keyboard is not in use, to save power, but why on earth is the interval set so low that it can genuinely happen in less than 7 seconds of inactivity? (Which is a real result I got when timing it).
   It's wildly inconsistent how it behaves, and I really don't understand how there isn't an option to just have the light on.
   If I want to burn through the battery by always having the lights on max, surely that's my prerogative as the owner of the keyboard?

3. stuck on "Configuring" screen on MAC

4. öppna länk i nytt fönster

   Hej. Är nöjd med mus, men saknar möjlighet att använda mittknappen för att öppna länk i nytt fönster då man använder firefox, så som man kan göra i tex crome.
   Bilden visar aktuellt val i crome, detta finns ej i firefox. Är det något som jag har missat?

5. Easy Switch

   It would be nice if selecting the Easy Switch key on the keyboard worked for both the keyboard and mouse at the same time rather than having to switch both keyboard and mouth separately.

   the settings always restart - i need to change it manuallyu

8. LogiOptions+がBoltレシーバーを認識しない

   ここ数ヶ月ほどの間に、急にLogi Options+にマウスM650付属のLogi Bolt USB レシーバーが認識されなくなった。通常のマウス機能には問題ないがOptions+では認識されないまま。電池交換、USBポートの変更、ドライバーの更新は試した。サイドボタンカスタムが使えないので、以前のように戻すか直してほしい

    MX Anywhere 3s
    Seitentasten Hold&Scrol auch für andere Funktionen, hätte z.B. gerne die Lautstärke damit geregelt.

    MX Master 3s
    Seitentasten Hold&Scrol auch für die MX Master verfügbar machen, somit könnte ich damit horizontal srollen und mit dem Daumenrad die Lautstärke regeln. Schafft mehr Möglichkeiten.

15. 設定が消える・読み込めない

    稀に ①アプリごとに設定した内容が消えている ②バックアップから復元を試みる ③読み込みが終わらない ④強制終了して再起動するとデバイスの接続画面から進まなくなる ⑤再インストールを余儀なくされる …という症状が複数のPCで発生します。

17. windows account switch make logi option + stop working

    switching between windows 11 user account (not signed out) cause logi option+ stopped working, malfunction key assign, mouse movement speed.. It should work normally after switching to user account. Please improve it, thanks

19. Sonoma macOS breaks Teams mute/video buttons

    Since I upgraded my macOS from Ventura to Sonoma, I can no longer mute/unmute or turn camera on and off with the shortcut buttons on the mouse using Microsoft Teams.
