Dear Logitech team,
I’ve been a regular user of Logi Options+ and truly appreciate the features that enhance the usability of my Logitech devices. However, I’ve encountered a recurring issue that has been quite frustrating:
Every time the software updates, all of my custom settings are completely reset.
This includes button customizations, gesture configurations (such as with the MX Master series), and application-specific profiles. Having to manually reconfigure everything after each update is very time-consuming and negatively impacts the user experience.
I’d like to kindly suggest the following improvements:

De 'alt gr'-functies komen niet overeen met het teken in het cirkeltje vermeld op mijn toetsenbord. Als ik bijvoorbeeld toets 1 en toets 2 tegelijkertijd indruk (zie foto in bijlage) dan zou normaal het tilde-teken (~) moeten ingevoerd worden, maar dan krijg ik @. M720配对后的连接问题
使用的是M720鼠标。每次开机，鼠标的连接设备led都会进入类似连接时的快速闪动，而电脑蓝牙设置中在已连接、已配对间反复变化，鼠标无法操作光标，也不能切换设备。这个问题在前几天自定义键突然失效、旧版罗技程序也无法启动，卸载并安装推荐的option+后才出现的。希望可以找到解决办法，感谢

Davinci Resolve mouse customization missing after last update
The latest update for the loci Options+ no longer has the Davinci Resolve software as a choice to customize my M510 mouse. I don't see a way to reinstall the older version. Have they dropped support for this major program? Or is this a bug they are working on? I have a screen shot that show major programs on the list but after the update Davinci Resolve is now missing. I was loving the customized mouse buttons I created with your software.

No on-screen low battery notifications ever
It would be nice after all these years, to get the feature back where it will show notifications on the screen when my batteries are getting low.
Every time the program prompts me for feedback, I submit this same thing.

我设置了eDrawing中滚轮与LOGO之间的按键为中键。但这一设置只有在开着Logi Options+才有效，一旦我关闭 Logi Options+ 后这一设置就失效

Retroceder y avanzar
Buen dia, qusiera poder usar las teclas multimedia de mi mx keys (avanzar y retroceder, f8 y f10 respectivamente), para que funcionen tal cual en el teclado de la macbook, con las que puedo retroceder y avanzar video en quicktime, dado que con el teclado que adquirí no puedo lograrlo.

PrintScreen no longer works!
The new version 1.86 is overwriting the default Windows PrintScreen button! I can't use any other screenshot application!!!!

Print Screen action no longer assignable to corresponding key since Logi Options+ update
Hello,
With the newest update of Logi Options+ it is no longer possible to assign the DRUCK (print screen) action to the corresponding key. This is needed because I want to use a third party screenshot tool). See attached screen. I would be really glad if you could add the old print screen action again (maybe in addition).

MX Ergo S Easy-Switch enhancement
For the MX Ergo S, would love to see the Easy-Switch feature implemented in the same was as with the MX Ergo - only needing one click of the easy-switch button to switch between computers, instead of one button click to wake the feature up, and then one button click to switch.
