  3. Options+ Working Well, So Far So Good

    Just wanted to say that Logi Options+ has been working well for me lately, it had been giving a lot of trouble when I first bought my keyboard & mouse but it seems to have stabilised now. So if you've made some changes, thanks.

  6. Flow not working

    I am unable to Setup Flow for my MX Master 3.
    I keep getting error "No computers found".
    I made sure of following things:
    NOTE: (I have mac mini & macbook pro running latest OS i.e., 12.2.1)
    - One of my computer is connected via receiver & one via bluetooth.
    - Both of my computers are connected on same network.
    - I verified all required permissions are being granted to Logitech Options+ app

  8. Opening the Software Nearly Impossible, Hardware Sometimes Needs It Open To Function Properly

    I love this program and I think the features are incredible and plentiful, but there's a massive issue with the reliance on it for my mouse to work (My MXMaster3 is my only piece of hardware with this program).

    Sometimes when I start up my computer, I find that the custom settings I set up on the mouse aren't responding, and in worse cases, I can't even use the scroll wheel to scroll. So I just open up Logi Options+ and the problem is solved. That's my first problem. I shouldn't have to open the program to fix the issue…

  10. LogiOptions+ software offers me nothing

    Am I missing something? I have installed the LogiOptionsPlus beta and the Logi Bolt, just to be able to use my new Logi M650 L on my Mac. The LogiOptionsPlus, as far as I can see offers me nothing. For example I have adjusted the tracking speed in the Mac preferences to max speed, but the mouse slugs along at a very slow speed and on top of that, with an input delay. This is the most expensive mouse I have ever bought and I had high expectations because it was Mac compatible and left handed. I am lost with…

  11. Duplicate Devices but one is inactive

    Recently downloaded and connected my devices. When I connected my MX Anywhere Mouse it shows duplicate versions of the mouse but with one inactive. How do I delete the inactive one?

  13. Two Logi Options+ icons in Launchpad

    After updating the Logi Options+ program to version 0.60.3677, two Logi Options+ icons will be displayed in the Launchpad. My system version is macOS 12.0.1, I hope this problem can be resolved in the next version.

  14. Logi Option+のK780早期対応依頼

    これまで、Windows 10とMac OS 12.1 でMX Master 3とK780を快適に使用してきました。Windows 10 PCの調子が悪くなり、Windows 11 PCを導入したのですが、Windows 11 ではLogi Optionsが動かず、Logi Option+ではK780がまだサポートされない状況。K780のサポートはいつ実現するのか？知りたいです。もしだいぶ先であれば、Logi OptionsでWindows 11をサポートしてほしい。とても不便で困っています。

  15. Cor errada do dispositivo

    Na tela inicial, onde aparece os dispositivos reconhecidos, o meu teclado K380 está aparecendo com a cor errada, em vez de mostrar o modelo cinza, que eu possuo, está aparecendo o modelo rosa, sendo que na versão antiga do Logitech Options a cor é mostrada corretamente.

  17. Sorting of devices

    In the list of devices. I suggest to sort the active one on one side. In this screen shot i have active mx keys mini on the right of the K380. There are 2 unconnected device in between my active device.

  18. Options引起卡顿

    安装Options（+）后，当任意程序触发UAC时，独显会被调用再放开，并且同时系统（包含鼠标指针与背景音频）必然卡顿，偶尔会卡顿第二次，每次约0.5-1秒。
    偶尔也有UAC以外的原因触发卡顿，但启动游戏时独显开始工作的瞬间并不卡顿。
    卸载Options或nViDIA显卡驱动则一切正常。
    在至少5个以上Options及nViDIA驱动版本中现象都一样。
    任一版本Win10/Win11不影响该问题的出现。
    硬件是MSI GT70或MSI GE76
    使用硬件为MX Master及MX Master3
