   I don't know what kind of update this is, I am a photographer, my editing programs were perfect with the previous Logi-Options, now this one that is supposedly great, all the options flew away. This new one... is not even regular, what you have done is a disgrace.

2. No detection for MX Master 3S in Firmware Update Tool in MacOS with M-series chip.

   Greetings!
   Why no support for Firmware Update Tool on MacOS with m-series chip? It can't detect my mouse that is connected via bluetooth, receiver or usb. I can't update firmware for my recently bought mx master 3s and I have annoying issue with wheel on it. Sometimes it's not scrolling the windows.

4. Keep mouse sensitivity while software is updating

   When Logi+ was introduced few months ago I noticed regression, mouse sensitivity goes back to defaults when update is coming. It's quite terrible user experience to notice there is new version of Logi+ since your mouse feels more sluggish than previously until you install new version.

7. Ridiculous that the MX Master 3s can't have it's firmware updated

   I just learned today there is a newer firmware for the MX Master 3s, but the mouse isn't supported by the firmware updater.

   This has apparently been the case for 2 years now... how the SW has not been updated in all this time for the latest greatest model, is simply unthinkable.

   It seriously makes me doubt I will buy further logitech products in the future.

    I can not stop the download of an update. I use a mobile network with limited data. The app LogiOptions+ ignores the metered network setting in Windows Network Settings.

11. you daily remind to fix it

    Still experiencing issue: after several hours of Options+ application being open. When viewing application window will only see all purple window with no content or devices displayed. Clicking anywhere on the windows does nothing. Need to close and reopen to recover. Will continue to submit until resolved. Thank you.

    Logi Bolt가 램을 너무 많이 먹습니다. 드라이버 프로그램이 그렇게 많은 램을 먹는게 이상합니다. 그리고 아직도 인텔 빌드 버전이라는게 이상합니다. 빨리 애플 실리콘 버전으로 바꾸어 주세요.

    有些时候会掉驱动，如设置了excel里的横向滚轮反向会变回初始设置正向，这时打开options+就又会恢复反向的设置

    滚轮长期设置为分段模式，中间按钮长期设置为DPI切换，
    中间键经常自动变成滚轮切换，当这个模式发生后，鼠标DPI变成了默认的状态，经常需要反复设置

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren von Logitech,

    ich möchte Ihnen mein Feedback zu Ihrer Software, insbesondere zu Logi Options Plus, übermitteln. Zunächst möchte ich betonen, dass Ihre Hardwareprodukte, wie die Logitech MX Keys und Master Plus, von herausragender Qualität sind und meine Erwartungen voll erfüllen.

    Leider muss ich jedoch feststellen, dass die zugehörige Software Logi Options Plus nicht demselben hohen Standard entspricht. Beim Versuch, Updates durchzuführen, werden die genannten Geräte nicht erkannt. Dieses Problem besteht auch nach längerem Warten weiter.

    Zudem habe ich festgestellt, dass, wenn die Software für eine Weile nicht genutzt wird, sie erhebliche Schwierigkeiten hat, vollständig zu laden. Die einzige Lösung scheint dann eine Neuinstallation zu sein.

    Als Schweizer Firma, bekannt für Ihre Qualität, frage ich mich, ob dies dem Standard entspricht, den Sie anstreben. Wenn die Qualität der Software die Ihrer Hardware erreichen würde, wäre dies zweifellos ein herausragender Fortschritt in Richtung eines absoluten Premium-Produkts.

    Ich würde mich über eine Überprüfung und mögliche Verbesserungen in diesem Bereich sehr freuen.

    The software sent me a notification suggesting a software download or something like that. In the notification settings I do not see how to turn that off. Please advise as I do not appreciate spam notices.
