  1. Device duplication

    Used for less than a day, I now have 2 mice and 3 keyboard showing in Options+. Keyboard had to be reconnected 3 times to Bluetooth.

  3. Devices show as INACTIVE in logi options+ app

    I am using both the mx master 3 mouse and mx keys on my macbook pro through bluetooth. Both the mouse and keyboard often lose connection multiple times a day, usually reconnecting after 10-40 seconds. I chalk that up to the funkiness of bluetooth, but another problem is more annoying. Sometimes the mouse and keyboard show up as "inactive" in the logi options+ app even when they are both connected and working. However, the custom buttons and keys no longer work.   4. 休眠导致自定义按键失效

    Master3 For Mac + MacOS 12.1 + Logi Options + 最新版本
    遇到的问题——电脑在休眠后滚轮失效，所有自定义按键失效。
    重启鼠标后——滚轮恢复，但自定义按键仍旧失效
    重启电脑后——自定义按键恢复
    前两个已经重复测试，测试人员应当能重现，猜测是某些功能在休眠唤醒后没有重新获取，若不能重现，请邮件联系我。

  5. gesture does not work when app is minimized or closed

    Gesture functions do not work while I minimize or close the logi option+. DO I have to open this app every time I want to do gesture functions?? That is really inconvenient.

  6. Backlight

    My mx keys turns off backlight when powering up my PC. I have to turn it on manually everytime. Also - a seeting for chosing when the backlight turns off.

  10. K380 DESCONECTA CONSTANTEMENTE

    the constant disconnections of the keyboard are annoying... I'M NOT WORRIED IF I'M CHANGING THE BATTERY EVERY TWO MONTHS, I WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE THE KEYBOARD WITHOUT DISCONNECTIONS.... WHAT A HATE....

  12. MX Master 3 inactive

    I have an Mx Master 3 mouse and it regularly turns "inactive" while editing in premiere pro and using my profile for that application. Once it turns inactive I cant make it active again unless restarting my pc. I would like this issue resolved cause it slows down my workflow masively!

    macos user - when installing i got stuck on the grant input monitoring permissions. it didnt appear as an option and when i manually granted it permissions the installer didn't react. i havent been able to get past this screen on my macbook air

  16. Duolink missing

    No duolink option like in logi options (original). Cant use fn key to expand mouse functionality. For that reason ill have to delete the beta.

  19. Gestures not working with Universal Control

    macOS Universal Control prevents Logi Options+ from transferring keyboard and mouse to other computer.

    Mouse (with scroll) and keyboard works but is seen as a virtual mouse from Universal Control instead of MX Keys/Anywhere 3. Hence no gestures work.

  20. Application button configuration gets stuck

    Issue: sometimes the button settings on my MX Master mouse are stuck on the configuration of a previously used application even though I'm now using a different application (e.g. microphone mute/unmute for the back button configured as a keyboard shortcut in Google Meet, instead of going back a page in the browser)
