I am using both the mx master 3 mouse and mx keys on my macbook pro through bluetooth. Both the mouse and keyboard often lose connection multiple times a day, usually reconnecting after 10-40 seconds. I chalk that up to the funkiness of bluetooth, but another problem is more annoying. Sometimes the mouse and keyboard show up as "inactive" in the logi options+ app even when they are both connected and working. However, the custom buttons and keys no longer work. There doesn't seem to be a way to get logi options+ to recognize that the devices are connected. I tried turning the devices/bluetooth/app on and off with no success. The only thing that works is to restart the computer. To be clear, this was also a problem with the old logitech app, but that app didn't have a status like logi options+ does so I would never know why my custom buttons weren't working randomly.
