Overlay for caps lock for the k380 keyboard is not working.
at the dashboard of logi+ is showing a pink keyboard when mine is white (should add option to change colour to make it more personal, same for mice)
when installed the logi options + didnt imported my personal settings for mice speed, scroll speed, etc. it would be nice for it to sync with my user.

Problem po logowaniu
Pierwszym razem wylogowało mnie i zresetowało ustawienia myszki. Zalogowałem się wiec i co się okazało? Automatycznie zrobiło mi kopię zapasową czyli po resecie. Cała konfiguracja na marne.
Skonfigurowałem mysz na nowo. Myślałem, że to po części moja wina, bo miałem włączoną opcję automatycznego robienia kopi zapasowej ale nie.... Dzisiaj ponowne to samo. Wylogowanie z resetem klawiszy, a po zalogowaniu co widzę??? Opcja automatycznego robienia kopii włączona. Co jest nie możliwe, ponieważ specjalnie pilnowałem aby tego nie włączać po poprzedniej wpadce. I cyk - kopia zresetowanej myszki zrobiona. I na nowo konfiguracja mnie czeka.

MX Master 3S – Logi Options+ Crashing on macOS Monterey 12.7.6
I'm experiencing constant crashes with the Logi Options+ application on my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) running macOS Monterey Version 12.7.6. The software never launches properly and makes the MX Master 3S unusable beyond basic functionality.
Please address this compatibility issue. It's frustrating to own a premium mouse with software that doesn't work on a supported macOS version.

Connection issue
My logitech K380 keyboard as well as the MX master 3s lose connection from time to time on Windows 11. Especially after "sleep", it's really annoying & I don't want to restart my Laptop all the time. I am not sure if it's because of the Logitech software or something else. Other programs on my king fine, so that shouldn't be.

Logi Options+ not working upon startup
I have to kill all logitech processes within Task Manager every time I boot my computer or my custom scroll-wheel settings will not apply.

This appears to have been an issue 3 years ago and seems to have been fixed since then. I say this because I've been using options+ without issue, but a recent update broke this again.
Looking forward to a fix.

options + 不支援 K580
option 不支援 MX anywhere 3
常駐options+ agent 占用53MB記憶體
常駐logioptionsmgr 占用32MB記憶體2.options+ agent這支程式可疑的使用網路
已經關閉自動更新
也沒有分享診斷資料的情況下，
依然在佔用網路資源(0.1M)
我甚至關閉了所有通知也一樣基於上述原因
對options+軟體感到失望
目前計畫回饋意見後移除options+
也暫停使用 MX anywhere 3的額外功能

Bad overall
Was hoping this would address issues of horizontal scrolling for some applications. (Specifically VSCode)
All this beta has done is break existing features such as allowing reassigning the gesture button to change dpi. HOW DO YOU CHANGE DPI IN THIS CURRENT SOFTWARE WITHOUT REMOVING AN IMPORTANT KEYBIND?!
It doesn't even support the k830 which is stated on the sign up website.
Might be the worst logitech software I've had the pleasure of experiencing; Uninstalling.

MacOS Monterrey MX M3 right click issue
late 2015 iMac 27in. 5k with Logitech MX Keys and MX Master 3 mouse. Also running macOS Monterey version 12.0 Beta. My right click it now temporary. EG- I right click on folder to "Move to Trash" and if I click once (normal operation) it will open the window then immediately close it. Normally takes 3-4 clicks until it stays open now. This has only begun since I installed options+

Hola, en teclado K470. Cuando se invierte las teclas de función, si se presiona la tecla "-" del pad númerico, suspende el equipo. Un error bastante horrible. Otra cosa de momento cuando se invierte las teclas de función es que cuando subis el volumen (tecla f11) en un navegador pone la ventana en pantalla completa primero y luego sube el volumen, y esto es porque no detecta la inversión de teclas en principio.

Bluetooth Sound Start Freezing with Connected MX Set
Hi! I connected my new MX MCNKL M and MX Master 3S M to my MacBook Pro 16" M1 Pro and my SENHIZER\Sony Bluetooth Headphones start freezing sound every few seconds. This don't happens with I have connected Logi Ergo K860 and MS Master 3 or, for example, Apple Magic Mouse and Keyboard. I need restart Bluetooth often, to make it work. How to fix that permanently? Thanks.

Beleuchtung geht einfach aus
Die MX Keys S geht nach kurzer Zeit in den inaktiven Modus, egal welche Zeit ich bei der Beleuchtung einstelle, eine always on Option wäre sehr schön. Die Tastatur ist nicht brauchbar, wenn sie nach kurzer Zeit in den inaktiven Modus geht, weil sie auch ab und an eine Latenzzeit hat, bis sie reagiert, man drückt eine Taste und die Taste reagiert nicht, erst nach kurzer Zeit, das ist bei Games ein k.o. Kriterium.

Dongle not working, pls fix. and bluetooth bad
i can not use my m720, and k850, with just the dongle? I can only do it by connecting to bluetooth. which renders the dongle useless, and has lots of issue. I think it has a setting that makes it so if i am not using it for a set period it turns off, and sometime it takes me turning it off and on to reconnect.Can you clarify if i can connect using only dongle or not?

Jittery LIFT mouse unsuitable for cad work.
Very disappointed that there was no advice at purchase on the need for a mat or pad. Subsequently ordered one and the performance is too jittery for cad work. It is even difficult to use word or outlook. There is reference to change of sensitivity between 400 and 4000dpi which may be the problem, but talking to tech support this in fact can NOT be altered. Pointer speed can be changed but this is not the same thing. As somebody running a team of cad users I'm always looking for tools to aid productivity. This sadly is not fit for…

Nutze K850/M720 -Handling und Tastatur ok.
nach ca. 2 Jahren ist mit der Maus kein akkurates arbeiten mehr möglich. Die li. Maustaste prellt derart - teilw. 5-6mal!, bei Drag & Drop wird der angefasste Teil immer wieder verloren oder garnicht erst festgehalten. Video & Bildbearbeitung (privat) z.Zt. zurückgestellt da fast unmöglich, leider bieten sie auch keine Ersatzteile an. Die M720 ist leider die einzige Maus mit Umschaltung.

Все отлично, но есть два но...
Все замечательно. Но расскажу о двух проблемах: у меня клавиатура K380 и раньше у меня спокойно делался скриншот, а сейчас он сохраняется почему-то на рабочий стол, а не в папку со скриншотами, также не открывается Snipping Tool, наверное это не ваша проблема, но может что-то получится прояснить. Вторая проблема: Не всегда могу подключится к компьютеру, при запуске компьютера клавиатура иногда отказывается подключаться, даже после ввода пароля. На этом все, спасибо что делаете мир удобнее!

Disappointment with the M585.
My purchase of a M585/K780 has been a big disappointment. Foolishly, I forgot the cardinal rule of computing - KISS. Although, I've tried to overcome difficulties by turning off all options, the M585 in particular, is still irksome. I realise now that all I want from a mouse is one that senses North, South East and West, and that is all. That's all the software a mouse needs.

切换设备后蓝牙连接不上
鼠标绑定2个设备，A设备蓝牙连接，B设备bolt连接，在切换时，切换到A设备时常会出现连接不上，bolt连接就正常。蓝牙连接的电脑是2023款R9000P，系统是win11专业版。希望问题能够得到解决，连接不上的时间不固定。

Hallo,
wann wird ERGO K860 Tastatur auch nutzbar sein?
Aktuell betreibe ich 3 dieser Tastaturen mit jeweils einer MX Master Mouse mit 9 PCs in einem Raum, unweit voneinander entfernt.
Betriebssystem ist Windows 11. Leider ist die Funktion an einem Gerät sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Der Mauszeiger spring, und manchmal geht die Verbindung komplett verloren. Noch schlimmer ist es mit der Tastatur. Hier geht die Verbindung ständig verloren ... Schade eigentlich, weil ich die Geräte sonst sehr gut finde.

Thumb wheel setting is only working on one device on the other sometimes
Hello , I have issues with the settings/ the function of the settings:
Although I decided to use the thumb wheel for Zooming in/ out it ( in Figma) only works on my computer while not on the connected Laptop: Here it sometimes seem to work , but most of the time for whatever reason it's kind of using "Volume up/down" although I am not using another programm.Can you tell me, what is the problem?
