1. Buggy app

   Make this app be more stable.
   Find a way to make it update without crashing.
   This app is so bad it's frustrating.
   Streamdeck is rock solid, never an issue. Your app often doesn't start with Windows. I need to start the app manually to get my mouse actions every time (come on how does my stream deck start in background fine everytime, but Logi+ needs to be fully open to use mouse buttons?).
   Just the basics don't work.
   I am very close to finding a third party fix, and not buying logitech again.
   Hardware is fine, the software is terrible.

2. increasing frequency of disconnecting mouse and keyboard

   the logitech devices have gotten less and less reliable in the past few years. They now fail on a regular basis. This seems to be the result of software upgrades. I have to open the logitech software in order for my keyboard and mouse to reconnect.

3. backlinghting time is much smaller than setting

   My backlighting time is set to 30 min. But much earlier the backlighting goes down when a pause typing. Because work in low light conditions I hardly can find the first key when I start typing again. After the first (sometimes wrong) key the backlighting comes up again. Please let 30 min be 30 minutes even when not typing.

5. Update - Schrott

   Seit ich das update bekommen habe, funktioniert meine M650 nicht mehr über Bluetooth. Schönen Dank auch.
   So etwas brauche ich wirklich nicht.
   Ein Jahr lang funktioniert alles tadellos, jetzt nur über den Adapter. Ich bin stinkesauer und kurz davor die Maus durchs geschlossene Fenster zu feuern. Das kostet meine Lebenszeit und ist völlig überflüssig.

   Wenn man Feedback abgibt, wird gesagt: wird im Feedback-Forum veröffentlicht. Aber wo ist ein Link dahin, so dass man auch das Feedback anderer lesen kann? Ich bin gewohnt, z.B. mit Github/Gitlab zu arbeiten.

7. windows file explorer ( back or Alt+up arrow)

   The assigned button as Back or ( alt+ up arrow) it works on internet browser, but doesn't work into windows file explorer when I need it so much to browse between folders, can you fix this issue?

11. Logi Options+ 版本 1.83.635658更新后鼠标左侧底部按键不能使用

    mac系统 Logi Options+ 版本 1.83.635658 更新后，鼠标最左下边的按键不管用了，大拇指托盘这个地方的按键，原来可唤起桌面视图。现在一按鼠标就不能正常使用，需要重新连接。重新安装及重启各种方式都试了。

12. Photoshop 2025 support

    Logi Options+ isn't compatible yet with the new Photoshop 2025 (Mac), so I can't customize buttons with my MX Master 3S for Mac
    with Photoshop 2024 I could change the "brush size" with the horizontal scroller

14. excel com addin

    Could you please stop re-installing your excel com add-in.

    I remove it at each update of logi+.
    Excel integration is unchecked and this plugin continuously comes back in list of addins !
    I do not wanted, it is buggy with ole operations. Stop installing it in my back, please !!!

16. Scroll wheel not responding in Windows

    Sometimes the scroll wheel stops responding in the Windows interface. The scroll wheel physically rotates, but nothing happens on the screen. Turning the mouse off and back on again temporarily fixes the issue.

17. Unexpected Reboot

    I was going through the configuration setup of my logi mouse, where the configuration of app-specific button actions caused an unexpected, immediate reboot of windows 11 triggering an "windows update" process. This happened without any pre-warning therefore unsaved work was lost. Such behavior is unaccetpable and should be fixed in logi software by warning the user that a reboot might happen.

18. Aplikacja przestała widzieć klawiaturę MX Keys for Business

    Logi+ twierdzi, że Klawiatura MX Keys for Business nie jest podłączoną... gdy jest - przez co nie ma możliwości jej konfiguracji.
    Jakieś 2 tygodnie temu działało Logi+ bez problemu, z tym samy kompletem klawaitura i mysz.
