This app does not work at all. Everything worked fine and i could change the button controls on my devices. Now they are reset, and this app does NOTHING. where is your QC with your engineering?

Keystrokes inside app not recognized
The Logioptions+ software does not recognize keyboard inputs when I am trying to assign a keystroke or smart actions to either the mouse or keyboard., I have tried reaching out to support and they have no idea what to do. If you google the issue it seems that many people have the same issue. You are not doing anything to support the user base that is having this issue. The people who need this are most likely power users and there has been nothing done by Logitech over the years to fix it. Please do a better job of supporting…

El respaldo automático de mis configuraciones no funcionó y por ende tuve que volver a personalizar mi forma de uso. Ahora lo desactivé para hacerla de forma manual. Saludos

remapping fails when disconnecting
I connect my Ergo K860 to my MacBook Pro M2 using the receiver. I use Logi Options+ to map my [switch app key / F3] on keyboard to [volume down]. This works well. However, every time I disconnect my Mac from the receiver, and reconnect the receiver, this mapping no longer works until I have to reopen the Logi Options app - then the mapping automatically works again

File can't be opened at start up
Every time I boot my mac after I installed your app I get the message "file can't be opened" twice. same happens when I simply open logi options+. it would be very nice if this is fixed, thanks

Swap right 'ctrl' and 'fn'
It would be fantastic if I could swap 'fn' and right ctrl. It's very confusing when it's the opposite of the Mac keyboard, since this is something most users have in muscle memory.

Stop wiping custom settings with updates. The last update bricked the whole program, I had to reinstall. Get your **** together dev team.

keyboard not detected, i can't change the function keys to be f1, f2 ... etc. i don't use multimedia keys
This tool has never once detected my k400r keyboard. I dislike the function keys not being available. It makes this keyboard useless for programming

Bateria se desgasta rapido
Hola, actualmente cuento con el dispositivo Mouse MK Ergo y he notado que el nivel de batería ya no dura tanto como antes, normalmente duraba unos 3 meses ahora no dura ni 1 mes. Mi uso ha sido el mismo, aprox 8 horas de lunes a viernes y cada vez que termino de utilizarlo lo apago. Pueden por favor revisar si esto se debe a alguna de las actualizaciones lanzadas.

Configurações customizadas inúteis se não funcionam
O aplicativo desativa as configurações customizadas múltiplas vezes por dia. Ocorre mais com os modelos MX que com os modelos K380. Inacreditável que é um erro comum e nunca foi corrigido.

Losing connection and freezing app
Every day, it seems to get worse. For a couple of months now, I've been facing a recurring problem every time I lock and unlock my computer. My mouse (MX Master 3) never works properly, so I have to open Logi Options+ and wait. Sometimes, it freezes and closes, and it always takes a long time to recognize my devices. This issue has been happening more frequently since I upgraded to macOS Sequoia.
