I'm getting very frustrated trying to connect a K520 keyboard and M325 mouse via a unifying receiver to my W11 HP laptop. I've tried 2 different receivers and run the Logi Options 1.92.731496 app several times and submitted the above information via your chat service but not received any feedback.
Ive never had this much trouble with Logi kit before!
