The mouse and Options+ application work disgustingly in Windows. On the third day, the back button and the gesture button under the thumb stopped working. In Windows, it periodically refuses to work with the desktop, which is solved by turning on the task manager and clicking on it! Fix this ****! Or return the money for the mouse.

I brought this keyboard because it has backlit keys, but mostly they don't work. It seems at night they are on sometimes. In the daytime. They are not on and when I turn on the light the F3 button, all I get is a backlit symbol with an X through it. Please correct I understand the keys turn off when not in use. I'm all good with that. I just want the keys to have backlit. When I put my hand on them, I don't want it turning off ever when I'm using the keyboard. That's the whole point of…

my idea is to fix your lack of insight in design of your software. You have enough resources to figure out to enable your mouse and keyboard before the user actually needs to use it. Mitigating the need to actually go searching for your application, opening up to enable your products to work as intended... I let you figure out what I am getting at. You should fifure out.

After updating Mac to Sonoma, over night the Logi app added approx. 340GB of files to the Library / logs folder inside a folder called 'xlog_logitech'Caused huge problems.

Unable to install older Logi+ version
I've just tried to install an older version of the app, from https://support.logi.com/hc/en-za/articles/4418699283607-Logi-Options . This web page allows to download, say, 1.82.618412 , but what actually gets installed is 1.89.705126. Thus, that web page (and/or) the installer are completely broken and misleading. This is absolute nonsense that you don't provide any means to recover from a faulty update (the 1.89.705126 version seem to be completely broken - it looks like it makes mouse unusable).

possible update error
Keyboard is not working well after latest update. Doesn't see key presses or repeats a key press a number of times. Problems are intermittent.

Why are you fishing for emails?
Forcing registration to be able to use things that require no registration to work is a **** move. That's just email fishing, no other reason. Didn't expect that from Logitech. Fire your PR department.

Su aplicación es una completa BASURA mi teclado funcionaba bien hasta que instalé esa porquería, se apaga y desconecta todo el tiempo, un teclado que duró con la batería con la que llegó casi 4 años, dudo volver a comprar esta marca sólo por la maldita aplicación

Option+ for Craft terrible!
So I just installed 1.93.
Anyway, is it just me or did your team actually destroy all the functionality that the Craft wheel had with Option (without "+") ???
Previously I could just "touch" the Crafts´s wheel to switch between let´s say brush size and hardness in PS.
now: "touch" functionality is gone!previously: I could "press and turn" to move forward in a Youtube video or only "turn" in order to adjust volume.
now: not possible any more!
Previously: I could use the Craft´s wheel and the MX Console´s wheel for different things.
now: both use the same "actions…

Slow waking mouse
Triathalon BT mouse is EXTREMELY slow to wake up after sleeping, and seems to be getting worse. Sometimes after clicking it I just walk away for a few minutes and hope it eventually comes on.
