  2. very slow Ergo M-R0065 trackball

    Every time I go to use my M-R0065 trackball after it sits for awhile, it moves very slowly and then after moving it around awhile, it jumps back to its normal speed. Is this a slow connection with my iMac Mini with M1 processor?

  3. Ratchet to free spin

    Hello, I'm running into an issue when I'm using Chrome, my wheel setting somehow changes from ratchet to free spin. It's a pain to have to go back into the app to reset to ratchet.

  5. Zoom In and Zoom Out as custom gestures

    I can only "Zoom in" and "Zoom out" if I set my gesture button to a preset "Zoom/Rotate". This is inconvenient because I do not have any use for the rotate features. I want to be able to set Zoom In, Zoom Out, Back, Forward on the gesture buttons as a custom setting but it is impossible to do so.

  6. Update problem

    Ever since this last update, it not only kicked off my new MX Anywhere 3S mouse that was already pared in the Logi Options+ system, in now will no longer pair with it again. It now constantly gets stuck in a loop. :(

    Ergo M575 loses bluetooth connection with laptop repeatedly. Often requires battery removal from mouse to get it to reconnect.

  8. Notifications Automatically Turned On Is Bad.

    Hi! I downloaded this software for a LogiTech mouse. However, this software seems to have changed my keyboard settings, despite me not having a LogiTech keyboard. Specifically, it started giving me a pop up notification when hitting caps lock. After 15 minutes of Googling, I managed to figure out the problem was this software. I am very frustrated and annoyed that the option to tell me I hit caps lock (and fn lock and scroll lock) is automatically On upon installation of this software. It is completely unnecessary and wasted my time. This does not make me want to use…

  9. Facing some issues with MX master 3s and MX keys s

    facing issue while using bolt receiver mx master 3s and mx keys s undergo inactive, there is a lag or slow response when unlocking the pc after sleep mode with in both bluetooth and bolt receiver mode, also when using smart actions, command given for the website option doesn't work every time. Apart from these, everything is really good. So, please fix this issue.

    1.在LogIOptions+程式[開啟]時平滑捲動功能正常

    2.在LogIOptions+程式[關閉時]平滑捲動功能不作用.

  11. Keyboard User Experience Stinks

    The microphone mute icon is such a problem when it's stuck on and you are away from your keyboard. Remove it! Also, the bluetooth 1, 2, 3 keys are too easy to hit in the middle of a workday. Then you're keyboard goes offline for a few seconds while you figure out this terrible user experience. I know how to fix both issues, but it shouldn't be so much work!

  12. Keep backlight on!!!

    I have a hard time seeing my keys, and I cannot find a way to turn the backlight to "always on". If this wasn't possible while wireless I would understand, but the fact that I cannot have it on while plugged in is driving me CRAZY!

  15. Mouse pointer freeze

    The latest update may cause an old issue: Mouse freezes in Windows 11 sporadically. It can only be unlocked - weirdly - by going to Windows settings! Then suddenly, the mouse pointer is freed again. Please investigate. Is this an Windows 11 issue or coming from your side? It is completely not clear why out of blue sky, sporadically, the mouse pointer is stuck - and why going to Windows settings it suddenly is released again.   19. Connectivity issues with both Wireless and Bluetooth and Process stops

    The service (process) often stops and needs to automatically restart with an alert or notification. Is this because of a memory or other resources? Because everything else will be running fine.
    Also I have connectivity issues occur during wireless connection as well as Bluetooth.

  20. jumpy mouse is not Logi-Tech problem

    I am writing to tell you that your mouse does not make the cursor jump around. That is Microsoft's problem. No matter which mouse you use, or no mouse, the problem exists.
