The latest update may cause an old issue: Mouse freezes in Windows 11 sporadically. It can only be unlocked - weirdly - by going to Windows settings! Then suddenly, the mouse pointer is freed again. Please investigate. Is this an Windows 11 issue or coming from your side? It is completely not clear why out of blue sky, sporadically, the mouse pointer is stuck - and why going to Windows settings it suddenly is released again. There is not screenshot to add, because you cannot see anything. I also reported to Windows, because ultimately it is their OS which runs everything. The problem was not existent for months, until recently a new CPU was added to PC. This should have nothing to do with the mouse pointer at all! But that brings in the (old) issue, because it was before, until it disappeared (ghosted). KR
