  4. Connectivity issues with both Wireless and Bluetooth and Process stops

    The service (process) often stops and needs to automatically restart with an alert or notification. Is this because of a memory or other resources? Because everything else will be running fine.
    Also I have connectivity issues occur during wireless connection as well as Bluetooth.

  5. jumpy mouse is not Logi-Tech problem

    I am writing to tell you that your mouse does not make the cursor jump around. That is Microsoft's problem. No matter which mouse you use, or no mouse, the problem exists.

  8. MX Master 3S not working good with bolt.

    Using MX Master 3S mouse with bolt at home and at work.
    Already a 3rd unit with which I experience regular issues with hanging-struggling-jumping cursor due to Bolt connection issues (cursor becomes unusable), even if connected at very short distance between mouse and dongle. So it appears to be a systematic design issue, not dependent on computer or ambient EM fields (or just too prone to typical disturbances).
    I would expect getting some firmware fix. But this does not happen for a year, so feels like it is permanent hardware issue. So unfortunately, with all its good ergonomics, MX Master…

  9. Unable to remove old devices

    There is no way to remove old entries on the device unless they are paired. This makes it impossible to remove an entry for a device that someone else paired to bluetooth and you re-pair to the dongle. Now the dongle is full and I can not pair them back to the bluetooth and it won't remove the entry without being able to connect to the device... The old unifying software was able to remove old entries, how it the world is your new software unable to...?

  12. options+在Mac OS下失效

    options+在mac OS经常会被系统kill，另外options+如果没有在前台运行，鼠标相关的设置会失效，可以将options+放到menu bar extras，防止被意外退出，另外也可以增强程序的稳定性

    Direct login from app not provided rather launches webpage that doesn't open application of allow login. No way to login via application or to associate app with profile

  14. Disconnection of functionality and of the device

    The smart functionality like horizontal scrolling, vertical and others tend to disapear as the day goes on. It end up disconnecting the device from the unifying USB. Even launching back the application it cannot detect anymore the device the only option sometime is to re-install the application as even a computer reboot does not help.

    Jag var tidigare i kontakt med er genom chatten för att diskutera att jag upplevde att Logitec MX 3s laggade vid scrollning. Jag tycker inte att ni tog mig helt på allvar. Jag sitter nu och slösurfar och googlar hur och om andra upplever samma sak som jag och noterade när jag hoppade mellan fönster/program på min dator (använder inte musen utan trackpadden) att när jag var inne i programmet Logi Option + så laggade scrollningen men när jag var i webbläsaren eller andra program så laggade INTE scrollningen. Jag hävdar fortfarande att ni har ett problem i ert program…
