    My K380 keyboard is not showing up in the Logi Options + app and the Logi Options app keeps telling me to switch to Logi Options + to set up keyboard

  2. " and @ swapped

    Hi there, I just got a weird problem for my k380, the system I am running is Windows11 Professional. The problem is my k380's @ and " swapped, so right now, when I press shift + number 2, instead of @, it will give me a ", and when I press shift + ', it will gives me a @.
    I tried to reset the keyboard to its factory settings, but had no luck.
    How can I swap these two keys back? thank you very much!

  3. F1,F2 기본키 기능이 작동하지 않습니다

    K380 모델을 블루투스로 연결 사용중입니다
    'F1,F2키를 기본 키로 사용'으로 체크했습니다만, 이 기능이 자주 풀립니다. 오늘은 이 기능 자체가 작동하지 않습니다(활성화 했으나 작동하지 않음)

    Keyboard backligt don't have notification as old app.
    On 4k display is notification icon about NumLock and CapsLock is too small :/ In old app it have good size :)

  5. Wrong "enter" key found

    My K380 is not recognised correctly by the software. I keep getting a pink keyboard with a USA style horizontal "enter" key instead of my black vertical "enter" key.

  6. Cannot scrolls the tabs horizontally with main wheel if Logi Options is installed

    This feedback is about Logi Options app and MX Master 3S mouse combination and scrolling tabs horizontally with the main wheel.

    Without the Logi Options app, the main mouse wheel works as expected (i.e., it scrolls up and down when the cursor is on the page, and it scrolls the tabs horizontally if the cursor is over the tab area); however, installing the Logitech software breaks this functioning completely.

    Is there a way to keep this default behavior with the Logi Options installed?

    As teclas fn e ctrl no mac no teclado K380 são invertidas. Existe a possibilidade de alterá-las no software da Logitech? Assim como é no Macbook?

  9. problemas digitos do teclado

    meu teclado K380 não digita as seguintes teclas: tres, cinco e capslock. Também, não digita a telha representada por exemplo, ao digitar a tecla sinalizada com "/" digita " ;"

  12. Logitech Combo not available in Linked software

    Logitech Combo m510 and k350 do not have synched software. and they were sold together as a combo. The mouse needs options + and the keyboard needs Logitech Setpoint.

    1. 원격 제어(Jump desktop) 사용 후 Logi Options+ 가 멈추는 현상.

  17. Configurações customizadas inúteis se não funcionam

    O aplicativo desativa as configurações customizadas múltiplas vezes por dia. Ocorre mais com os modelos MX que com os modelos K380. Inacreditável que é um erro comum e nunca foi corrigido.

    My mouse (MX Master 3) kept getting disconnected. Happened to my k380 keyboard as well - but less often. The Red "Fix Device" button (plus power off/on) did NOT repair.
