I am writing as a long-time Logitech Craft user, and I need to be very direct here.

With your latest update, you introduced the Action Ring on the Crown. The problem is simple: even if I explicitly configure the Crown press to be Play/Pause only, this useless Action Ring still pops up every time.

If you give users the option to assign a function, then it MUST actually work. Otherwise, what’s the point of giving us the illusion of choice? Right now, it feels like you are forcing this intrusive overlay on us, no matter what we select.

This is extremely frustrating. Nobody asked for this Action Ring, and it should never override the user’s own settings. Please stop shoving features we don’t want down our throats. At the very least, add a real option to completely disable Action Ring.

I bought Craft because of its flexibility, not because I wanted mandatory gimmicks. Respect user settings. If I set “Play/Pause,” then pressing the Crown should do ONLY that — no overlays, no rings, no nonsense.

Please fix this in the next update. Otherwise, you are actively ruining a great product.
