Mam skonfigurowane klawisze tak jak na zrzucie ekranu: przycisk Dalej jako Shift, przycisk Wstecz jako Ctrl. W momencie wciśnięcia na myszce obu tych przycisków nie jest wykonywana akcja Ctrl+Shift, tylko Ctrl lub Shift – w zależności od tego, który przycisk zostanie wciśnięty wcześniej. Szkoda, bo działało to prawidłowo w Logitech Options, a nawet w SetPoint (ze starszą myszką) – tamte aplikacje prawidłowo wykonywały akcję trzymania obu tych klawiszy. Proszę, naprawcie to!

One of the Few Apps loaded in Keeps Disappearing next time I start the PC
I have setup an application solitaire & casual games on the mouse and three times now when I open up the solitaire the buttons don't work as customized. So I go to the Logi Options+ go to mouse and look the Solitaire & games app is gone but all other apps I have loaded in and done customizing are there. So why does the Solitaire & Casual games app keep going away?

If you own an logitech device, pay attention.All of a sudden, huge numbers of users of mx master 3s (myself included) are reporting the same failures at the same time:
Scroll wheel won’t switch to smooth scroll
SmartShift completely dead
Switching scroll modes or fast scrolling disconnects the mouse
Mode-switch light doesn’t light up anymore
This didn’t happen gradually. It all started after the latest Logi Options+ firmware update.

Keep mouse settings synced with system
It would be great if I didn't have to go into the Logi+ app and modify my mouse settings because they got lost by the system, and it doesn't auto apply them at load.
For example, my scroll direction is constantly reversed, and the only way to fix is to go into the app, change the setting and then change it back.
Please fix!

Logi+ Options Causing Constant Excel Clipboard Errors
Per reports online, your Logi+ Options app is triggering constant Clipboard Errors in Excel. I'm getting a dozen a minute saying "We couldn't copy the content to the clipboard because it's in use by another application." I don't want your software connected to my clipboard for any customizations and I certainly don't want you causing so many errors in Excel. Please fix this!

Hello. I am the owner and user of logitech mx keys mini. After every update of logi opttions+ the settings of F1-F12 keys switch to "smart" utilities. Without me changing it. And it cost me serious troubles. Who on Earth makes changes to defaul after update without user input? I'm in Windows 11 Dev channel latest build but have problems with my Keyboard it will not wake sometimes have restart my PC to get it to work. It maybe blue tooth issues but my keyboard does not show on the App.

Your support & products are horrible!
If I knew how hard it is to get support from you idiots, I would have never purchased your products!
On multiple occasions your chat simply closes the chat and forces a restart - if you cant man your chat support - don't offer it!You keyboard consistently loses connection and I am trying to get help for it.... I have other cheaper no-brand' models that maintain perfect connections.... so goes to show the quality of your products!

Backend Connection Problem
Can we actually get a Update that is meaningful? by that i mean a fix for the "Backend Connection Problem" which occured for me since i installed Windows 11, since then Logioptions+ does not work, cant log in to my account and none of my keys work.
also what i did already:
-Reinstall Logioptions+
-Clean reinstall by deleting Appdata roaming folder of logitech+, uninstall, install and restart PC
-ending logioptions task in task managernone of these solutions work, its a program issue and seem to have issues with windows 11.

Can you finally fix the host switching delay? For example, I move the mouse to a neighboring host while holding down the Ctrl key, then immediately move the mouse back to the previous host — and my mouse and keyboard always get out of sync, i.e. the keyboard stays on one host while the mouse is on another. It’s really annoying. Same issue when using the action ring.
