it seems that you don't really care about improving your software, drivers or products.
This mouse (MX Master 3S) is by far the worse mouse I have gotten from your company. Although I have complained numerous times, you have yet to even acknowledge a problem. This will have been my last Logitech product I will buy, unless you can fix it or replace it.
