2. one leadership, one app

   you broke it. you have gone from supporting 1/5 of my devices, to: "connect your devices now" even though nothing changed other than your auto-update.

3. Backend connection constantly crashing

   I don't know what you changed but the backend service is constantly crashing now and the program has to be reloaded. This makes it almost entirely unusable.

4. How is it even possible to have your settings reset each time your software updates for a mouse of such price!

   It's absolutely ridiculous how my mouse resets to default settings each time your software updates. And every time I have to open your options+ app so that the settings are back to what I have. And it's even more ridiculous to witness you adding useless ai stuff into your app while being unable to fix such bugs

5. MX 3s mouse settings frequently reset to default

   I'm using an M1 Pro 14" MacBook Pro with a Logitech MX Master 3S mouse. I've noticed that the mouse settings frequently reset to default on their own. I always keep the Logitech software updated, but this issue is troubling me.

   Could you please suggest a solution?

6. Insert key not working

   Dear Logitech Team,
   I love your products including my new K650 keyboard. However I have found one very upset thing.
   I use at work a lot of programs where necessary is "insert" key. The K650 have disabled this by default and i have to use it with FN key - this is very annoying and time consuming. Is there any chance to set up by default just "Insert" instead of language settings?

9. Flow Bugs and Design Suggestions

   I have the Pebble Keys 2 keyboard and mouse on which I extensively use the multi device connection, but am somewhat frustrated by the experience. I love that I can use the mouse to transition between the desktops, but there are two bugs I've identified. 1. Even though I have "press CTRL to switch between desktops enabled, sometimes it will still switch even though I don't have CTRL pressed. This then creates another problem because the keyboard doesn't get switched to the new desktop. This leads to the similar problem 2, the keyboard not switching to the proper desktop using the "Flow Control" option. Sometimes I find myself trying to hold CTRL to move the mouse back to one desktop, but it won't go because the keyboard is connected with another device. When this happens, I think the device can also end up with the CTRL key in a "locked" state, meaning every key you press is interpreted as a keyboard shortcut.

   I hope these issues can be sorted out, because when it works like I want it to, it's a great experience that I would highly recommend to others. When it doesn't work though, it's really frustrating.

   Another aspect that I hope can be adjusted with software, is the ability to switch the keyboard AND the mouse using the device selectors on the keyboard. If you can use software to bring the keyboard with you when you do the flow control, then I think you should be able to do the reverse!

   On the more long-term scale, I have a design suggestion. Change the location of the switch devices button on the mouse. Yes I'm aware other products have the switch button in other more convenient locations, but for the pebble mouse, it's on the bottom of the device, meaning I have to pick it up and turn it over in order to change devices. While I appreciate that this will make it less likely a user will accidentally press the button, I believe you can accomplish the same goal having the button in other locations on the mouse, but still available without turning the device over. Namely, the very front or the very back of the mouse. People grip the sides of the mouse, so we don't want to put the button there, but the front and back should be free from accidental presses.

10. no keyboard when wake from sleep

    Connected my keyboard via wireless usb to my m3 macbook pro. Every time I wake my laptop from sleep mode the keyboard does not send input and the logi options app has no devices stored.

17. Logi Bolt Receiver doesn't work

    I bought a new Logi Bolt Receiver. However, sometimes it doesn't work. It keeps displaying "no receiver connected" even I unplugged and plugged it back into the USB port.

19. Logi+ is not working.

    Logi+ won't find my Logitech MX Master 3.
    I want to change the direction of my scroll wheel.
    Disconnected the USB dongle. Turned mouse off and on. Shut down and restarted Logi+. All to no avail. Grrr.

    MOUSE is WORKING. Logi+ is NOT.
