Laggy MX Keys Mini that often loses BT connection
My MX Keys Mini keyboard has been in use for about 4 months. I must say I am very disappointed with the performance. The typing experience is fine (although in my opinion there are just too many symbols on the keyboard) but the real problem is connectivity.
The keyboard is slow to react, loses connection regularly and is generally very laggy - some typed characters do not appear for seconds, or appear as a long string of the same character. Unwanted software installed
Hello,
I installed your software so I can use my extra mouse buttons for shortcuts. I don't want or need **** like "prompt builder". Why is that **** installed without my knowledge, and how do I remove it??1 vote -
It switchs wheel from Ratched to Free spin at will
Every now and then the wheel switched from Ratched to Free spin. I have to run Options+, go to wheel settings and switch it back.

Problemas de conectividad
Tengo 4 meses usando el teclado Logitech MX Keys Mini y tengo problemas de conectividad bluetooth. La pila está cargada al 100% y en cuanto dejo de utilizarlo se desconecta de la computadora y tarda aproximadamente 40 segundos en conectarse, además, cuando lo hace tiene un retardo de varios segundos y repite todas las acciones que intenté mientras estaba desconectado.

M705やM510などの古いマウスのUnitify接続ができない
M705でLogicoolOption+を使って、さもUnitify接続設定ができるような画面があるが、一度たりとも成功したことがない。古いマウスではできないくせに紛らわしいのでやめてほしい。Unifying Software を使えば問題なく接続できるため、そちらを使うよう案内してほしい。

Please fix depots folder

MX Master 3S not working good with bolt.
Using MX Master 3S mouse with bolt at home and at work.
Already a 3rd unit with which I experience regular issues with hanging-struggling-jumping cursor due to Bolt connection issues (cursor becomes unusable), even if connected at very short distance between mouse and dongle. So it appears to be a systematic design issue, not dependent on computer or ambient EM fields (or just too prone to typical disturbances).
I would expect getting some firmware fix. But this does not happen for a year, so feels like it is permanent hardware issue. So unfortunately, with all its good ergonomics, MX Master…2 votes -
Mouse pointer hesitation
I am using M720 to work with 3 devices, 2 with Windows 10 and 1 with windows 11. The W11 system has recently started to abruptly stop the mouse moving and then start again after a few seconds. Th only (temporary) fix has been to turn the mouse off and back on, I have installed a new battery. A Logitech M170 attached to the same computer operates ok while the M720 is playing up. Any ideas what may be happening?

Back button goes too far back.
I have an M510. Every - EVERY - time I use the side "back" button it goes back 2 pages instead of one, many times losing my place on many pages. Can you add a control to make that impossible? So that it only goes back one page no matter what?

Worst app. Horrible. Made a mistake choosing Logitech. Every 3 days there is an update of the software and each time it updates, the settings for app specific actions fail to work What nonsense is this? Did not expect from such a renowned company

Logi Options+ Exits / Crashes when using Monitor based KVM
I think I've suggested this before, but the problem I see is as follows. I have multiple machines, but I DO NOT use the Logitech receivers and buttons on the keyboard to access them ... I use a monitor with an in-built KVM in it to switch between the machines - it just works better for me.
But what seems to happen is that after a while, if I'm away working on my Windows based machine, Logi Options+ on the Mac either quits or just disappears - perhaps because it hasn't "seen" the devices for some time.

Missing: "zoom using scroll wheel" (Critical deal breaking feature) makes Master 3S a giant leap backwards!
I am highly frustrated, I tried Logi Options+ multiple times over the years & complained each time about the missing "zoom using scroll wheel" & went back to the old Logitech options.
Now with my brand new mouse Logitech is forcing me to use their half baked software……..!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS BULLSH!T!!!!!
