  3. After this most recent logitech options update, my MX Master 3S is stuttering and going to sleep every 5 seconds. How does Logitech make such good hardware but such BAD software? It's mind boggling how you go to such great lengths to RUIN your products with these horrible apps.

  5. I've download Options+. The website simply indicates 'supported soon' for all hardware types. I have a MX-2S mouse and a Craft Keyboard. Why would you allow users to download, install software only to have the software then tell them it doesn't support their hardware. Further the installer does not appear to have an uninstall feature. Given your copy sells users input devices. i would expect someone actually tests the users experience .

  8. I have so many issues with Logi+ not starting, or not responding, or with mouse customisations not working even though Logi+ is running in the background. I even have a script to automatically kill it and restart it on my Windows 10 PC. Please look into your user requests, I've already posted about my issues several times and many users seem to have the same issues. I can't believe that a multimillion dollar company like Logitech produces such bad quality software. Not bashing the developers, the whole project management process must be pretty bad to let that happen.

  9. urge que puedan solucionar problemas con la aplicacion Logi Options+, ya que al menos en mac, tengo tiempos y pantallas de carga sumamente prolongados, las configuraciones de mi teclado y mouse se pierden constantemente, despues de volver de suspender mi equipo, todo está desconfigurado y nada funciona, la aplicacion no reconoce ni recuerda mis dispositivos vinculados, siinceramente se hace muy desagradable poder trabajar adecuadamente ya que la aplicación no funciona para nada bien.

  12. Using M1 PRO here and it seems like there is a memory leak in the logi option software that is causing the scroll to not work anymore..
    this has been going for over a moth now and with no fix.. very frustrating from a mouse that is supposed to be the best in the market.

  13. Hi this is not an idea but it is a bug report

    Problem: Pointer speed lost when switch account on win 11 (mx anywhere 3)

    Quick fix: Open Logi option+ select pointer speed (which shown 80% that is a speed selected before switching account) then simply press the slide bar at the same value --> mouse speed is back)

  17. Why do I need to shake my keyboard just to get it to work. Normally multiple times a day. New batteries do not work and this is already a replacement keyboard, replacing a keyboard with exactly the same issues. Character caching is slow as well, 10+ seconds lag at times. None of your bug fixes seem to be fixing these issues.

  18. Forces me to use options plus but it will not work! I can get it to connect but I cant configure it! I just get stuck on a black screen that shows "downloading" and a spin wheel forever. I have tried everything many times for many hours! Every single Logitech device I own (all very expensive btw) have major software issues which render the devices to only have basic functionality.   20. NOT WORKING WITH UNIVERSAL CONTROL!!!

    Running macOS Ventura and iPadOS16 and UC.

    moving over to iPad the Shift and Cmd keys no longer work. Pretty much makes keyboard useless in this configuration.
