Forces me to use options plus but it will not work! I can get it to connect but I cant configure it! I just get stuck on a black screen that shows "downloading" and a spin wheel forever. I have tried everything many times for many hours! Every single Logitech device I own (all very expensive btw) have major software issues which render the devices to only have basic functionality. If I wanted bare bones hardware, I wouldn't have spent so much money on purchasing top of the line Logitech devices! Logitech has a massive software issue that seems to have handicapped many of their top tier devices. I am pretty freaking upset about wasting all this money for the devices to not function as advertised across the board! Your company has glaring issues and I certainly will not invest another cent after being out of over $500 for purchasing three products all suffering from software/firmware issues!
