1. Keyboard shortcut on MX Master 3S not working properly with `Microsoft Remote Desktop` on MacOS

   The keyboard shortcut mapping for mouse buttons is super helpful when connecting to a Windows PC since the shortcuts of Windows and MacOS vary a lot. For example, I usually bind the forward and backward buttons with Opt+Left and Opt+Right for Microsoft Remote Desktop, which functions as Alt+Left and Alt+Right.

   This used to work well with my my G Pro mouse but does not work with a newly bought MX Master 3S.

   I tried to do a keyboard on the remote PC. It skipped Alt and only got left and right.

2. Please fix things with latest version of Adobe PS

   What have u done to the Photoshop plugin?? It does not allow pan with middle button anymore! Every time the same old story: 'it's not us in Adobe' and Adobe saying 'it's not us in Logitech'. I remember when you had the most solid app for mice, now it's just hit and miss. People are doing their jobs with these things and you don't seem to care, just fiddle around without enough testing before. real shame!

6. Feedback on windows 10 pro..

   on windows 10 pro with all updates. latest version of logi options

   make restoring to defaults a super quick and easy process. right now i just see the popup restoring backup and thats it. have to close the app and restart and suddenly all default assignments are also missing.

7. MX Anywhere 3 horizontal scroll with another function set on specific side button

   Hi Logi Options+,
   I'm unable to confirm from which update this started. Basically, on MX Anywhere 3, I have horizontal scrolling turned on the top side-button, this is set up for all apps, and app expose set for this top side-button as well. What happens now is both horizontal scrolling is working as expected, but app expose is triggered as well after releasing the top side-button. I tried releasing side button while scrolling, and to my experimentation, app expose did not trigger. But here's the thing, it was working fine before. Where, if I trigger side scrolling, the app expose does not trigger anymore, or to be specific, the primary action set on the button(my set top side-button) will not trigger.

   Hopefully you can fix this as I've loved this mouse since forever, automatically buys to replace if it fails, just because I love how functional and convenient using the mouse.

   Hope I get a feedback from you and hopefully for this to be fixed back to its original iteration.

8. Logi Options+ ALWAYS crashes on Mac - latest OS no special scenario - just crashes

   My Feedback is not an idea per se. It is simply an observation that every day Logi Options+ disappears - and I assume that means it has crashed - after my Mac has been up for a period of time. I don't necessarily notice that it has, as I tend to move the window for the application to one of my other displays - I have 2 additional on my 2020 iMac i7. So as I said, every day the application starts, and I'll look up and find that Logi Options+ is no longer active. I'm not going to spend extensive amounts of time entering into a long winded discussion trying to solve this - I have the Share diagnostics and usage data check box on - but wanted to just report that the application continues to crash every single day. Operating System - always up to date. I have BitDefender Anti-virus installed, but otherwise a very standard Mac OS installation. I'll be interested to see if others are experiencing the same behaviour.

14. mangelnde Bedienungsanleitung der Tastatur auf Deutsch

    habe gestern die Tastatur Ergo K860 gekauft und bin leider gar nicht zufrieden! Die versprochene Tastaturbeleuchtung funktioniert nicht oder lässt sich nicht einschalten - Support schlicht lausig, sogenannt deutschsprachige Seiten sind, bis auf die erste Seite dann doch nur in englisch - kurz: eine vernünftige Beschreibung / Anleitung zur Benutzung div. Tastaturfunktionen auf DEUTSCH fehlt schlicht oder wäre dann nur nach Stunden- bis Tagelanger Suche auffindbar!
    Mein Fazit: um zufriedene Kunden zu haben braucht es noch sehr viel im Supportbereich oder besser noch im Bereitstellen von Betriebsanleitungen in den jeweiligen Landessprachen. Aktuell sind nur ausgefallene Funktionen die ein Durchschnittsverbraucher eher NICHT braucht, leicht abrufbar, daher zusammen gefasst - sehr unzufrieden, leider

20. Safary and mx master 3s doesnt work ok

    logitech mx master 3s doesn't work properly in Safary MacBook M2.Left side buttons set for volume up and down as well scroll sideways but does ok in recently downloaded opera, so it is Safari issue but don't know how to fix though went trough safari settings, thanks, oravitaohm@gmail.com
