Keystorke definition only receives modifier keys
bug while trying to attach a keystroke to back/forward buttons in MX MASTER 3S.
It doesn't recognize letters and signs, only recognizes modifiers cmd/ctrl/opt/shift.
My config for back/forward for VS-Code got broken just now.1 vote -
Recent updates causing glitches in settings
The app often fails to apply my customized settings to my MX Master 2 mouse and my MX Keys keyboard. Over the last week, this has happened much more frequently. Opening Options+, the device is just greyed out and I can't get it to re-enable. I think a recent bug has been introduced.

Problems on MacOS ventura
I am using MacOS Ventura with mx the keyboard from logitech and mx master 3 for mac.
Hardware is perfect. The software is a mess. My mouse at times changes the scroll direction, scroll button behaviour and the middle button sometimes stops working. Very disappoiting and flustrating as it is reducing my productivity as suddenly things stops working. I hardly use those customizations and those are just source of headache.1 vote -
Battery level is not updating
The battery status doesn't update while a device is being charged unless the app is restarted since the last update.

PC Shutdown/Turn on Key
The old Logitech wireless illuminating keyboard i have, K800 had a Shut down PC and Power on PC button, not possible with MX Keys or to hibirnate it remotely and wake up? Have major back surgery coming will be in bedroom and working from there, would be very good to be ablet to shutdown turn on Desktop PC from bedroom and disc replacements as PC HDMI connected to 50" TV in lounge and bedroom. Bad Update
Since last update, cannot control M325 mouse. It jerks all over the place. Also, keyboard is dead slow.
Need a fix. Do you have one?

Loosing connectivity and patience
I have the Logi MX Keys keyboard and the Logi Ergo M575 Trackball Mouse. BOTH connected with the Logi unifying USB dongle. My PC is less than 36" away from both my Logi items and the connection drops MANY MANY times each day. I usually have to wait a coupe of minutes for them to reconnect or turn them off then back on again to reconnect them. OptionからOption+への移行時にキーボードショートカットの設定が全く移行されない
Option＋が対応したということで、MX ArgoでOptionからOption+へ移行したが、キーボードショートカットの設定が一切移行されなかった。また、Option+のインストール後、Optionで使えていたものが「非対応」として以前の設定を確認することもできなくなった。Option+をアンイストールした上で、Optionの利用を継続する予定だが、設定が綺麗に移行されない点は要改善。

flow 無法成功連線問題
flow 無法成功連線
我將 M720 連上兩台裝置
intel macbook pro(channel 1), surface pro 4(channel 2)
1. 透過 M720 上的 channel switch button 可以順利切換
2. 兩台裝置連到同個網路，可用 192.168.x.x 互 ping
3, 兩台都開啟 logi options+，版本相同
4. 有試過在 router 設定轉發，但也不行
5. 有關閉防火牆
但設定 flow 卻都無法連線到對方
想問是否還有其他可嘗試的方式

无法更新且休眠时无响应
无法自动更新：自动安装更新的按钮已经打开了，但是我的版本现在还是1.32.363144；这个版本在Mac电脑休眠的时候会出现插件的无响应，导致鼠标M590的侧键无法使用。

Logitech Hates Windows Users
Stop catering to Apple. You fail to consider the Windows OS. Your Logi Options user profile consistently FAILS to load upon switching desktop user accounts. You obviously are catering to Apple when your previously translucent notifications are now opaque. Also ******** for creating second "universal" versions of products for Apple instead of pressuring them to open their standards. Keep enjoying that Apple circle jerk though.

Opera browser
Da quando ho aggiornato a logi option+ opera non viene riconosciuto e mi attiva un profilo applicazione diverso da quello settato per il browser. Ora per esempio per far funzionare le mie gesture con opera ho dovuto settare il profilo applicazione di irfanview. prima usavo quello di VLC. Non capisco perchè non riconosca il browser e selezioni il profilo applicazione giusto

For months now (maybe years?), I get into a state where all the programmed functionality of my mouse resets and goes back to defaults. For example, my up down arrows are usually mapped to volume, but they revert to "back" and "forward". It took me forever to figure out a repro for this issue, but I finally figured it out. It is the Spotify desktop app. Sometimes when I bring Spotify to the foreground, it resets my mouse. So weird that…1 vote
