MacOS screenshot not working
Hello, I doubt there might be a glitch in MacOS that resulting in the "command shift 4 spacebar" shortcut to capture screenshot within a selected window not working, it said "Your screenshot can't be saved, unable to capture window image". I doubt this is due to a collision between MacOS and Logitech Options, maybe I'm wrong, I just would like you to keep an eye on it. Thank you.

Options+ Auto-Reset on Win11
Options+ reset my mouse settings (MX Master 3) on its own. It then backed up those settings to the cloud, overwriting my settings completely. Please look into auto-resetting behavior of Options+ on Windows 11 22H2.

Lag
Master MX 3 mouse sometimes has weird lag when. I am connecting with the Logitech receiver. This is on Windows 11 but have seen this issue happen for years on Windows 11, 10, and MacOS.

MX Anywhere 3S scrolling is random and crazy
Hi,
I've bought a mouse MX Anywhere 3S and the scrolling wheel makes me crazy. I don't understand what do you wanted to achieve but the mouse has a random speed of scrolling. Sometimes it scrolls just a few lines, and sometimes it scrolls several pages!!!It doesn't depends on speed of scrolling. I thought it could be something like a acceleration but it's definitely not.
Sometimes it scrolls a bit to opposite direction! When I start scrolling down, at the beginning it scrolls a bit up. This jerking is very annoying.
Sometimes it doesn't scroll at all (!) until…

constantly logging out
your app logs me out, then my customizations don't work. then i have to log back in. Why are you requiring me to constantly log back in to get my per app customizations? Why are you limiting us? how can that be helpful to anyone?

"Do Nothing" action still prevents other simultaneous actions
When a button is set to "Do Nothing", it shouldn't prevent me from pressing other buttons. It should turn it into a completely useless button. One of the buttons on my mouse has become sticky, and so it is always pressed down. However, the other buttons can't function, despite the sticky button being set to "Do Nothing", because the action "Do Nothing" is constantly triggered, thus preventing any ability for other non-standard buttons to function.

mouse speed
Woke my macbook up from sleeping, the mouse's behavior took sometime to sync with the Option+ setting. example: mouse speed runs default (slower), scrolling faster; then after some 10+/- seconds, back to normal as expected.

Meine Tastatur überträgt oft die Tasten Anschläge nicht mehr, obwohl die Distanz gerade mal bei 0,5 - 1m vom Empfänger entfernt ist.

Bug with keystrokes assigned to mouse button
There is a bug with assigning a mouse button to specific keystrokes. I assigned one of my mouse keys to be "ctrl+shift+C" and when I use that in the specified app it seems to input just "shift+C", ctrl is forgotten. Please fix this. It was not an problem in the old Options app, only showed up when I was forced to update to Options+

Options+ stops working with Windows 11
Options+ app stops working in the background with Windows 11, i often have to restart the app for my mouse functions to work again

Lift key stopped working
The lift mouse has a bug, it might be the software as it happened when i installed it. The "back" button stopped working. I do have it programmed to be as back button. The weird thing is that when I turn the mouse off and back on, the back key will work ONCE, then it's not working again.

Nach Update: Geräte und Einstellungen gelöscht
Logi Options+ hat ein Update auf 1.52.458320 gemacht. Nach dem Update:
- Von 3 eingerichteten Mäusen noch 1 übrig!!!
- Alle Einstellungen der verbliebenen Maus gelöscht!!!
Das ist völlig inakzeptabel!
Ich kaufe diese teueren MX Mäuse um detaillierte Einstellungen machen zu können. Das kostet mich pro Maus 20 Minuten.
Ein Cloud-Konto kommt nicht in Frage aus Gründen der Sicherheit.
Sie müssen (ganz besonders in dieser Preisklasse) sicherstellen, dass angelegte Geräte und deren Einstellungen erhalten bleiben!!!!!1 vote -
