Detection doesn't work at all - Common issue online, no regular fixes.
Neither regular Logitech options or this plus version can detect the bluetooth dungle that comes with logitech pro X 2 or whatever mouse, even with firewall turned off. I find it worthless.

Microsoft Store apps not supported

Produt not funtioning
I am very unsatisfied with Logitec. The products are very unstabvle, sometimes they function, sometimes not. I dowloaded two apps, have registered, but 4 month later the password is not valid any more. And when I try to register it anew, it is not accepted thou it is rather complicated.

Mouse not recognizing button config when waking up computer.
It's annoying that I have to open up the Logi Options+ app every time a wake my computer up in order for my mouse to recognized my button configurations and scroll direction. It's beginning to make this mouse not an option when I look for a new one. Fix this.

Backup disappeared on fresh install
All my backups were erased after a fresh install of Options+ (only backup to be found are from "seconds ago"), which completely defeats the purpose of backing up profiles, and is a huge waste of my time to set my devices again. The backup logic has always been very poor (also, the settings of "automatic backup" is not saved in my Options+ profile).

POOR EXPERIENCE WITH UPDATES
Why the HECK does it need to update daily? I suddenly keep losing the configuration I set, only to have to open this app and update! IT IS SO INCOVENIENT!!!! CAN'T ANYONE FOCUS ON CUSTOMER FREAKIN EXPERIENCE!!!!

Logi Options+ Update has worsened the usability.
The recent update to Logi Options+ has degraded the functionality of the software. Whereas it used to take a single mouse click to activate the cursor in a window/field in a different page/application, it now takes 2 or sometimes 3 mouse clicks to achieve the same thing. My Mac Studio is running Ventura 13.6. The Studio has been restarted since the Logi Options+ update was installed.

Keyboard Craft still not supported
I am hugely disappointed that a flagship product like the Keyboard Craft is still not supported in this app and find it utterly bewildering how you can release an updated software for your products without including all your products from the beginning. At the moment it seems my mac doesn't understand that the old Options app controls my keyboard and Options+ controls my MX master 3, meaning that none of the custom button features works consistently for either product. This is becoming a clear reason, to me, why I should not buy products from you again--it feels like you effectively…
