Keyboard Craft still not supported
I am hugely disappointed that a flagship product like the Keyboard Craft is still not supported in this app and find it utterly bewildering how you can release an updated software for your products without including all your products from the beginning. At the moment it seems my mac doesn't understand that the old Options app controls my keyboard and Options+ controls my MX master 3, meaning that none of the custom button features works consistently for either product. This is becoming a clear reason, to me, why I should not buy products from you again--it feels like you effectively discontinued software support. I am hugely disappointed.

I agree with the above comment. It is now January 2025 and the craft keyboard still is not supported by Options+ and seems to have been forgotten, despite being otherwise a great product and still very useful. I purchased it a few years ago for what feels like a premium for a USB keyboard and the same with my MX master 2 mouse. One is only supported by Options + and the other by only Options causing all sorts of compatibility issues and frustrations on two otherwise useful products.
It's honestly a travesty how they aren't working due to no seeming issue with the actual manufactured hardware but instead a problem created by Logitech's own mismanagement of their software support for the devices. I.E. something completely avoidable had Logitech not messed with their software compatibilities. Issues like these are all too common in today's consumer tech market and it's just maddening. Maybe its some cheap trick to get us to upgrade? Not sure. All I really know is I'm regretting having purchased these products and, same as the above comment, will not soon trust Logitech as a company again.
