    My MX Master 3 keeps going inactive even though I am using it. This caused all of my settings to no longer work. I am on a Intel Mac running 12.0.1

  3. So eine verdammte Scheiße!!!

    So eine verdammte Scheiße!!! Alles eingerichtet (mehrere Programme mit unterschiedlichen Konfigurationen), dann gab es ein Problem mit meinem Dock und die Maus lädt die Einstellungen nicht mehr. Logi
    Options + geöffnet - kann sich nicht mit dem Backend verbinden (was für ein verdammtes Backend?)!

    Alles probiert. Logi Options installiert (die alter Version), geschaut ob die EInstellungen im Konto gespeichert wurden: "Für diese Maus brauchen SIe Logi Options +".

    Logi Options + also deinstalliert und wieder installiert. Maus wird erkannt, aber alle Einstellunge weg.

    Warum kann ich die Maus nicht mit der alten Version verbinden, damit meine Einstellungen in der Cloud…

    Ich versuche, meine MX KEYS Tastatur an einem weiteren PC zu installieren. Leider findet die Software die Tastatur nicht.
    Meine MX Master 3 Mus wurde dagegen problemlos erkannt und funktioniert einwandfrei! Ich erbitte Ihr Hilfe.

  6. Connected devices end up in Inactive state after a while (MacOS Monterey))

    I don't know if it is due to my OS version (MacOs Monterey 12.0.1) or my Options+ version (0.60.3677) but both my MX Master 3 and my MX Keys (Full size) end up "Inactive" in the Options+ menu suddenly after working correctly for a period of time. They are both still connected and working with my Macbook Pro however as they are recognized as inactive, all my configured settings and options are unavailable. Could it be related to locking and unlocking the laptop when I leave for a while? I will check it out next time.

  11. app failure requires frequent re-installation

    I am being forced to re-install LogiOptions+ 2-3x each week in order to use the app. After a few days, the mouse loses settings and the app will not load.

  12. Flow issues

    Mx Keys paired with the MX Master 3 doesn't work well with Flow, even as the mouse moves the keyboard can connect to either PC.

    I'd also suggest adding an option to move the mouse and keyboard together if you press the 1/2/3 button on the keyboard rather than also needed to manually change the mouse from the underside.

  14. Function Key + mouse move = Several desktops moved

    Ever since updating to macOS Monterey, holding the central button plus moving the mouse to the right or left, despite being configured to move one desktop to the right or left, will randomly move two desktops to the right or left. This is completely annoying. Please help me resolve this issue, I'll be able to provide as much information as necesary.

    MacOS 12.0.1, aktuellste Logi Options+ Version

    MX Master 3 for Mac und MX Keys werden als "inaktiv" angezeigt?!
    Meine Custom Einstellungen werden regelmäßig vergessen und ich muss den Mac komplett neustarten.. es nervt nur noch
