  1. No Action Ring icons change despite editing

    Hello!
    I would like to point out that editing Action Ring icons has no effect on those icons' actual look (apart from color maybe). Scaling icons in edit mode as well as adding captions to them does not appear on the resulting Ring.

  4. flow, windows files can not copy to mac os

    My macOS version is 15.4. Currently, I can't copy files from Windows to macOS, but I can copy files from macOS to Windows 11. However, copy-paste still works as usual.

  5. Logi Options+ Fails until I end Logi Options+ Agent task

    Sometimes the button settings I've assigned to my mouse stop working. When I try to open the Logi Options+ app, it fails to open (its says there's a backend issue). This issue persists until I open Task Manager and end the "Logi Options+ Agent" task. So there's a bug. After I kill that process, everything works okay for a while, but it does seem to recur every week or two.

    Logi options plus app stuck loading forever. and mouse functionality is lost. Need to restart app by force closing it or restart the PC would only work. This is annoying

    Provide software to manage great logitech devices. Stop adding AI ******** that just clutters. If i wanted to use AI i would only want my mouse and keyboard to function as a mouse and keyboard, not an AI tool.

  9. Logi Options app stuck loading

    The Logi Options + app keeps malfunctioning. It acts like its loading and stays stuck in a loading purple screen, not enabling me to use the functions. I have to "end task" several times for it to work. I've even had IT uninstall and reinstall it, but it keeps happening! Please fix this!

  10. System Stability Issues Mac OS

    Just purchased a MX Master 4 to use with my M3 MacBook Pro 26.0.1 (25A362). Upon installing Logitech options and using the product I found my system kept freezing and lagging. I have decided to remove the app and permissions and my system is acting normal again. Seems some background task is encountering some error causing the system to freeze?

    Actions Ring and Haptic Feedback for apps not working wih my new MX Master 4 mouse. Actions Ring always opens empty and it says Loading but never loads. I have all compatible apps (like Creative Cloud apps) and all plugins are loaded and updated but it says "You don't habe any apps installed in your system that are compatible with haptic." I am using Windows 11 btw.

  12. No AI please.

    I have used Logitech devices for many years.
    I don't see why so many companies are jumping on the "Lets bring AI in to everything." Just like the IOTs, I don't need my refrigerator or vacuum using up my bandwidth. I don't need my mouse or keyboard using extra bandwidth for features I don't need. Give me a "Turn all AI off" button please.

  13. Smart Action Plugin will not install from Martketplace

    Hi, the smart actions plugin for the MX Console has been broken for the last few weeks and it will not re-install (windows 11). All other plugins install ok but the Smart Actions plugin will not. I really need this fixed and able to install as it is the main thing I use the console form. Also, it seems strange that Smart Actions is a plugin and not an in-built feature. Please help look in to this and hoping for a fix as soon as possible.

    Action Ring, a huge frustration to get it to work with a simple mouse button click. Very bad, Logi! Never worked.

  16. Annoying marketing

    Very aggressive marketing. I do not like it. I do not need AI stuff, I do not need smart actions, I do not need Adobe CC for 1 month. This is getting very annoying. You need to get this off.

  17. Logi+ app hangs

    The Logi+ app has become a HUGE problem!!! It only works for a week or two; then it just hangs, and no longer functions. Then you need to end all the Logi tasks, and restart it... When it's hung, the Logi mouse does not initialize correctly (i.e. you lose your customizations, making the mouse almost unusable...)

    This has been going on for a month or two now!!!!!

  18. Options reset after update

    All settings get reset if laptop was hybernated! Probably related to automatic update of Logi Options. Every time I have to kill Options processes in task manager and restart

  20. App Fails at reboot

    Every time my system reboots the logitech app fails to load so my print-screen custom button fails to work. I'm forward to cntrl-alt-delete -> open task manager - forcibly shut down all Logitech apps and then rerun this one manually. Every time my PC restarts and often when it wakes up from sleep, though not every time.
